  Rep. Hart Partners With Local Businesses To Distribute Food Bags

State Representative Dianne Hart (D-61) part- nered with an East Tampa pharmacy, North America Tel- ugu Society (NATS) and Dr. Sai on Monday (May 4th) to distribute 250 food baskets to area families. The distribution was held along 23rd Ave. and 22nd St.
Rep. Hart and her staff, Butterfly Pharmacy (the Jannu Family and staff) and members of NATS (Srinivas Guthikonda, Prasanth Pinnamaneni, Srinivas Malladi, Rajesh Kandru, Sudheer Mikkilineni and Prasad Arikatla) prepared food bags for residents and de- livered food bags to 2 Tampa Housing Authority complexes for the elderly.

   Restoration Coalition (FRRC – Amendment 4) came over from Orlando with the FRRC bus to be a part of the distribu- tion. His agency contributed masks for each of the food bags.
Although everyone is now focused on the COVID-19 pan- demic, Meade said the law- suit to assist convicted felons with the restoration of their
rights to vote is ongoing. Rep. Hart is also asking for churches in the area to come together to help hurting families. “We have at least 500 churches in the City of Tampa and the churches need to step up.
