4th Of July Celebration
Family and friends gathered in Brandon for a 4th of July Pre-Party. On the 4th, the group took the party to Port Tampa for an annual dance. (Photos by Julia Jackson)
Annual 4th Of July Horse And Pony Rides
Patrick and Liz Salters were among those who gathered for the celebration.
Enjoying the 4th of July event were: Vincent Shaw, Trenea Celestine, Simone Rusty, Paula Flowers, Chester Stanley and Betty Bridges.
The Annual 4th Of July Horse and Pony Rides were held in the Odessa Park. Amador M. Rosadoe hosted the event for the past 10 years.
Owners have do- nated their time and the horses for young people to have the ex- perience of riding the animals or getting close to them. (Photos by Julia Jackson)

Friends who enjoyed the outing were: Drew Dixon, Marvin Bells, Yancy Clutter, Fred Gathers and Olivia Bella.
Some of the men enjoying the parties were: L. Thomas, K. Pauls, W. LaMont, N. Vickers, D. Neils, Barry Kemp, G. Lowrey, L. G. Washington, H. Bonds, B. Keiths, D. Wyatts, J. Holt, M. Dintors and Fred Robinson.
“Yamee” and his owner, Karrie Letz and Yolee Sorboni, this year’s winner, who received free grooming and food for the horse.
Wilma and her brother, Barley Cranna and their grand- mother, Obina Goosby were at the park.
DeMarcus Trent, Sheila Lovely, Valma Weeks and Tammy George were at the park.
