30th Anniversary of King’s Kids Christian
King’s Kids Christian Academy Of Tampa, Inc. (KKCA) is gearing up for its Prince and Princess Corona- tion Brunch Fundraiser. The school’s 30th Anniver- sary/Reunion Brunch Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015, 11 A. M. at the Cleora Hunter Fellowship Hall (34th Street Church of God), 3000 N. 34th Street, Tampa, 33605.
KKCA is housed on the church campus of Thirty- Fourth Street Church of God, Senior Pastor the Reverend Dr. Thomas Scott.
King’s Kids Christian Academy of Tampa, Inc. (KKCA) is led by School Ad- ministrator, Angela Small and is celebrating 30 years of service with a strong commit- ment to continue making its Nationally Accredited pro- gram affordable and accessi- ble to families. King’s Kids is one of the best educational institutions in the East Tampa area, scoring above 95 of 100 on the VPK Readi- ness Rating for the last three years.
According to Ms. Small, “our immediate fundraising goal is to install a security system to better ensure the safety of our students, staff, and volunteers. When fami- lies, businesses and the com- munity support KKCA, their generous tax deductible do- nations assist over 60% of the families we serve in East Tampa, of which many re- ceive some form of govern- ment assistance to attend KKCA,” she continued.
Rev. Dr. Thomas Scott, CEO says, “We have been blessed as a church and a Christian school. Our kids’ educational success for 30 years is strongly due to the solid Biblical principles taught. We have taught over
ing all parents and former students to join in the cele- bration by participating in the raffle ticket drawing, at-
tending the brunch and wit- ness the crowning of the 2015 Prince and Princess.
