Josh Norman To Be Released By Redskins
Kyrie Irving Out Indefinitely
Ron Rivera made a somewhat shocking decision when he cut Josh Norman from the Carolina Panthers prior to the 2016 season, but the coach’s latest release of the Pro Bowl cornerback is not nearly as surprising.
Norman will be released by the Washington Redskins ahead of free agency, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network

reports.
Norman signed a five-
year, $75 million deal with Washington prior to the 2016 season.
The move came after the Panthers placed the fran- chise tag on Norman and then rescinded it because they felt they were not going to be able to work out a long- term deal with him.
Drew Brees Announces He Will Return To Saints In 2020
DREW BREES
The New Orleans Saints are facing questions heading into the 2020 season like most other NFL teams, but who will be playing quarterback for them is no longer one of them.
Drew Brees announced in an Instagram post on Tues- day that he will continue play- ing next season. While he is technically set to become a free agent, the 41-year-old made it clear he will remain with the Saints.
Kyrie Irving is out indef- initely after reaggravating his shoulder injury.
Brooklyn Nets coach Kenny Atkinson confirmed the news on Tuesday. Irving is set to see a specialist this week. It is not known whether Irving might be out the rest of the season.
The 26-year-old guard has already missed 26 games ear- lier this season due to his shoulder injury, which caused him to miss more time than expected. He did not practice

Irving has averaged 27.4 points per game in the 20 con- tests in which he has played.

NFL offensive tackle Greg Robinson was re- cently arrested at the Sierra Blanca border checkpoint near the United States and Mexico border.
Border patrol is said to have found 156.9 pounds of marijuana in several vac- uum-sealed bags inside sev- eral duffel bags in the rear cargo area of Robinson's car. Robinson is facing a federal charge of possession with intent to distribute.
Border patrol also found 23 mason jars, a can-sealing machine and an electronic scale.

on Monday and jail records show that he is still in cus- tody at the time of their pub- lished report of the situation on Wednesday.
Robinson faces 20 years in prison if convicted.
A lawsuit was filed against LeBron James’ media company Uninterrupted this week claiming the brand stole its slogan from a Mary- land youth organization, but Uninterrupted says there is no truth to the claim.
Game Plan, a Maryland- based nonprofit that works with young athletes to help them achieve success in all phases of life, says Uninter- rupted stole the slogan “I Am More Than an Athlete” and has been profiting from it.
LEBRON JAMES
Court documents filed by Game Plan allege that Le- Bron got the idea to use the phrase for Uninterrupted when he saw Game Plan staffers wearing shirts that said “I Am More Than an Athlete” at a 2017 game be- tween the Washington Wiz- ards and Cleveland Cavaliers.
The lawsuit claims Le- Bron began using the phrase as a response to FOX News host Laura Ingraham infa- mously telling him to “shut up and dribble.” James shared an Instagram post that featured the phrase right after the incident.
Game Plan says they ob- tained the trademark to the phrase “I Am More Than an Athlete” in 2018, and they are seeking at least $33 mil- lion to recoup money Le- Bron and Uninterrupted have made from the phrase through deals with Nike, ESPN and more.
