Ed’Laya Holmes enjoyed a horseback ride at the Ivy AKAdemy.
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity member Adrian White was at the celebration.
Black History Month Recognitions
Congresswoman Kathy Castor recognized 3 of Tampa’s citizens as she normally does during Black History Month. The event was held at the Robert W. Saunders, Sr. Library. Congresswoman Castor paid tribute to Alton White, Deborah Gano and the late Theresa Manuel.
The Congresswoman also paid tribute to Chloe Coney, her District Director for the past 10 years. Mrs. Coney retired after giving 40 years of service to the Tampa community. (Photos by BRUNSON)
