  Man Kidnapped From Hotel Escapes In Jacksonville
  Woman Charged With Murder
 A 29-year-old woman, wanted in connection with a murder, has been located and arrested. Ms. Sara Rose Dearman was arrested in Laurel, Mississippi on unre- lated charges on September 21st.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office had listed her as a “person of interest” in connection with the murder of 66-year-old Michael Stephey.
According to police, deputies responded to 7702 E. Sligh Avenue, in reference to a deceased person on Sep- tember 10th. When deputies arrived, the victim was dead inside a mobile home. Police ruled his death as a homicide. They also said his vehicle was missing.

As a result of the investi- gation, detectives have charged Ms. Dearman with first-degree murder, armed burglary of a dwelling, and armed carjacking. She will be extradited back to Tampa at an undetermined date.
      The Four Points Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, 4400 W. Cypress Street, is where the kidnapping took place.
The victim was held at the Ice Lounge, in Jacksonville, still wearing handcuffs.
police he was awakened by a commotion in the parking lot and looked out of the sec- ond floor window. He heard an unidentified man scream- ing, “NO!” “STOP!”
The caller further told po- lice he saw a man standing outside of a white van vio- lently swinging his arms in the sliding door of the van. The caller said the man out- side entered the van and it slowly drove away.
When officers arrived, they located blood spattered in the parking lot.
More than 12 hours later, around 1:30 p.m., the Jack- sonville Sheriff’s Office re- sponded to 8510 West Lancrest Drive. When deputies arrived, they met with a man who was hand- cuffed and showed visible signs of trauma to his body. Police said his injuries were not life-threatening.
The victim told deputies that he had been kidnapped in Tampa by at least 2 sus- pects and driven to Jack- sonville. The man told deputies that he had been held against his will at the Ice Lounge in Jacksonville.
Detectives obtained a search warrant for the loca- tion. However, no one was inside.
The investigation is jointly being conducted by both the Jacksonville Sher- iff’s Office and the Tampa Police Department.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigat- ing an unexplained death. The skeletal remains were found by a maintenance worker.
Deputies responded to 11211 East Bay Road, in Gib-
sonton, where the remains were discovered at the Bull Frog Creek Mobile Home Park.
Detectives have not re- leased any additional infor- mation pertaining to the investigation.
  Skeletal Remains Found In Mobile Home Park
  Detectives with the Tampa Police Department and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office are jointly working on a kid- napping case. The incident took place early Tuesday.
The identification of the victim has not been released because his captors remain free. Police only described him as a Black man in his 30s.
Police said the man was visiting Tampa, but is not a
resident of Tampa or Jack- sonville.
According to the Tampa Police Department, at ap- proximately 1:02 a.m., offi- cers responded to a 9-1-1 call about a possible kidnapping at the Four Points Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport West- shore, 4400 W. Cypress Street. When officers ar- rived, they spoke with the caller.

  Woman Wanted For Buying Cars With Stolen ID
 The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for a woman in con- nection with identity theft. The woman used another person’s identification to purchase two cars.
According to police, on Sep- tember 10th, a Black female went to Toyota of Tampa Bay, 1101 E. Fletcher Avenue, and identified herself as Lisa Mc- Daniel. She purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra before leaving the dealership.
The next day, a woman matching the same description went to Carmax, 14920 N. Ne- braska Avenue, and purchased a gray 2015 BMW M3. She used the same identification at both locations.
It was later learned that Ms. McDaniel had not pur-

chased the vehicles and is a vic- tim of identity theft.
The woman is described as having a light to medium com- plexion, between 30 and 40

years-old, and was last seen with her hair in a high bun. When she arrived at the Toyota dealership, she was accompa- nied by a Black man.
