12-Year-Old Recording Artist Set To Release Debut Single
The release will take place at a Back-To-School Skate Party
Twelve-year-old Jordan Denise Williams, will release her debut sin- gle titled “That’s Me” via digital down- load at her CD Release / Back To School Roller Bash Party at the Skate- land of Brandon on Tuesday, July 26, 7 P. M. – 9 P. M. during Christian Skate Night.
The event is presented by Derlie Records, Inc. and the first 100 skaters will receive a FREE digital download of “That’s Me.”
“That’s Me” is a Christian crossover Pop song that was written by Jor- dan’s dad, Derrick Williams.
Jordan’s full CD will be released in early 2017.
Jordan began following in the footsteps of her dad at the age of 2.
Jordan began studying piano at the age of four and currently studies under Grammy Award winning Latin Jazz Pianist, Lannie Batistini. She recently acquired a pink guitar and is learning to play to accompany her on stage along with the piano.
She has been involved in Musical Theatre for eight years, and has per- formed in several musicals.
Jordan has studied dance since the age of three, studying ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical. She is currently audi- tioning for the dance competition team.

Jordan also sings background vo- cals as one of six professional vocalists on the Gospel Voice TV Show produced by The Christian Television Network.
Jordan loves to write songs, dance and perform music. She has made sev- eral appearances at her dad’s gigs, local churches television, and other commu- nity events.
“I want to be a performer. I listen to music and sing every day. Every single sound I hear sounds like music to me,” said Jordan. “I can’t get the tunes out of my head. Like when it rains the rain- drops sound like drums to me.”
New Teacher Is Part Of Summer Music Camp
On any humid summer day in his- toric Ybor City, a section of Tampa, enter the Burgess School of Arts and you’re bound to hear violins, drums, and pianos. The campers know that Luna Lotus Love on Tuesday is going to lead them into singing, mov- ing, and working on becoming great young artists.
Rachael Vel Phillips, known in the artist community as Luna, is ex- tremely passionate about the integra- tion of Arts and Education.
As an advocate of empowerment, self-expression, and social good, Luna dedicates her life and profes- sional talents toward arts activism and the development of youth mentoring programs. For over a decade, Luna has been applying her natural talents of creative brainstorming to a mix of public, private and charter school in- stitutions.
Luna is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, where she majored in Music with an emphasis on piano, voice, and choral techniques. While juggling all of this, she is a mother of 3 and still makes time for family, friends and opportu- nity! She
recently joined the family of instruc- tors at the Burgess School of Arts.
Carlton Burgess opened the doors of the school in 2003. He says, “We are excited to have Luna join

us.” “She is born to perform, teach, and empower people without a doubt.” Burgess leads a staff that offer piano, voice, guitar, drums, and violin classes.
