Hillsborough County Offices And Facilities To Close For Thanksgiving
Most Hillsborough County offices and fa- cilities will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 22, and Friday, Nov. 23, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
There is no collection of garbage, recy- clables, or yard waste on Thanksgiving Day, and all disposal sites will be closed. Collection and disposal services will resume Friday, Nov. 23, on a normal schedule.
All libraries in the Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative will close early Nov. 19-21, and will be closed Nov. 22- 23. For a complete list of library hours for the holiday week, call (813) 273-3652 or visit hcplc.org.
All conservation parks will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but will be open Friday.
HART Thanksgiving Schedule
In observance of the Thanksgiving holi- day, the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) will operate on a Sun- day/Holiday service schedule on Thursday, November 22, 2018, for customers looking to get around Hillsborough County on Thanks- giving day. The TECO Line Streetcar System will not operate on Thursday, November 22, 2018, and will provide regular service on Fri- day, November 23, 2018.
HART holiday schedule will continue until regular scheduled transit service re- sume Friday, November 23, 2018.
HART Customer Service Centers at Uni- versity Area Transit Center, Marion Transit Center, and all other Authority offices will be closed on Thursday, November 22, 2018, in observance of the holiday.
Customers should be aware of the following for Thursday, November 22, 2018:
• HART will operate on a Sunday sched- ule.
• The TECO Line Streetcar System will have no service.
• HART Customer Service will be open from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. and can be reached by calling (813) 254-4278 or TDD (813) 626- 9158.
HARTPlus subscription customers who wish to use HARTPlus services on holidays must make a reservation through Customer Service at 813-254-4278.

Solid Waste Department Revises Collection Schedule
In observance of Thanksgiving Day, City of Tampa offices will be closed.
Solid Waste customers will not re- ceive collection service on Thursday, November 22, 2018.
The revised collection schedule for Resi- dential and Commercial customers dur- ing the holiday week is as follows: Customers who normally receive service on Thursday will receive service on Friday, November 23, 2018. Collection service will continue to run one day behind through Saturday, November 24, 2018.
Regular Solid Waste collection service schedules will resume Monday, November 26, 2018.
McKay Bay Transfer Station and Scale House located at 114 S. 34th St., will be closed on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 22, 2018) and will reopen on Fri- day, November 23, 2018.
