COVID-19 Vaccine Information
Progress Village Park, lo- cated at 8701 Progress Blvd., Tampa, FL, 33619, will be open from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday for residents who want a free COVID test or Pfizer vaccine. Walk-ins ac- cepted.
***Children ages 5 to 11 who are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian can now receive their first dose of the COVID-19 Pfizer pediatric vaccine*** Face masks are re- quired except during the nasal swab.
In accordance with federal guidelines, health insurance information will be collected; however, individuals who do not have health insurance will still be tested. People being tested should bring a photo ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport) with name and date of birth, as well as their health insurance card (if appli- cable). Meet JAIDEN

Jaiden is described by his team as being a "character with a mind of his own," full of energy and personality. He especially enjoys participat- ing in therapy when it in- volves outdoor activities like riding a bike around the property.
He does interact with others, but prefers to be left alone. He is a sweet boy who relies on 24-hour care from his medical and therapeutic team. Jaiden has recently learned to walk and is mak- ing progress in all areas of his development. Jaiden has overcome so much in such a short amount of time.

Carmelo is an energetic and active little boy who loves to run, jump and climb! He is physically healthy, but does not have developmental needs that will require a care- giver who can provide life- long care!
