Edgecomb Bar Association To Host ‘Legal Rights Community Workshop’
In response to the continu- ing need for people in the Tampa community to learn about their legal rights and to be informed about the law and how it affects their lives, the George Edgecomb Bar Associ- ation is presenting the “2018 LEARN YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS COMMUNITY WORKSHOP” on Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 10 a. m. to 1 p. m. at the University Mall, 2200 East Fowler Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33612.
This event is free to the community.
Local attorneys will be available for one-on-one con- sultations on Criminal Law, Employment Discrimination, Property and Foreclosure, Family Law, Personal Injury, Pro Se and Small Claims, Ap- peals/Post-Conviction Re- lease, Probate/Estates, Landlord/ Tenant Law and other relevant topics that dis- proportionately impact minor- ity and low income citizens.
The purpose of this event is to educate and inform Tampa’s under-represented citizens on their legal rights, and to share information on how to navigate the judicial system.
