NAACP, Other Groups Host Forum For City Election
The Hillsborough County Branch NAACP and several other fraternal and civic organizations hosted one of the final political forums for the City Elec- tion. The forum was held at Middleton High School on Thursday, February 21, 2019. (Photographs by BRUNSON and Toby Scott)
Donna Douglas and Dr. Paulette Walker were in attendance.
On the podium asking questions of the candidates were panelists: James Holmes, Robert Jackson and Blanco Berry.
These ladies who attended the forum are: Rhonda Ivery, Belinda Lawson, Gwen Myers, Donna Douglas and Jacque- line Wilds.
Members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., preparing to share food with those in attendance were: Audrey Sulli- van Moore, Jasmine Mattear and Theresa Baillou.
Candidate Quinton Robinson was Willette Hollinger and Bonnie Belford were trying to shown with Wil’Liyah Thomas and
make sure everyone was registered to vote. Wil’Lesha Thomas.
Retired Tampa Police Dept. Major Rocky Ratliff, Norene Copeland-Miller and Dr. Samuel Wright, Sr.
Ebone Cruz and Rose Dixon were also at the forum.
These candidate supporters are: Bridgett Girven, Henry Bell, Jr., and Juanita Mitchell.
Fassil Gabremarium, Carl Norton, Dallas Norton Griffin and Jim Webb listened to the candidates.
