Police Find Hit And Run Truck That Left Student Injured
Motorcyclist Killed In Traffic Accident
A 23-year-old Tampa mo- torcyclist was killed Monday after being involved in a traf- fic accident. The accident took place on Pictorial Park Drive.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, Damien Lee Fazekas, of Tampa, was riding his 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle southbound on Morris Bridge Road.
Ms. Dawn Bock, 41, of
Tampa, was operating her 2014 Dodge Caravan north- bound on Morris Bridge Road. Ms. Brock attempted to turn onto Pictorial Park Drive and struck the motor- cycle.
Fazekas was ejected onto the grass and died at the scene. No other injuries were reported to police.
No charges have been filed pending the outcome of the investigation.

Police have located the truck that hit a high school student earlier in the week and kept going. They are cur- rently continuing their inves- tigation to determine who was driving the truck at the time of the accident.
Based on a tip, deputies were able to locate the truck and have processed it for physical evidence.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, 16-year-old Attraya Debony Woodberry, of Riverview, was walking in the 11,000 block of Park Drive, in Riverview. She is a student at Catapult Academy and was on her way to catch a HART bus at Highway 301 and Balm Riverview Road.
At approximately 5:48 a.m., Tuesday, the unidenti- fied driver of a 2005 Ford F250 XLT, struck her and fled the scene without at- tempting to help her or call for assistance.

Tampa General Hospital, where she was admitted. A spokesperson said she suf- fered some serious injuries, but is expected to make a full recovery.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the accident or who may have any information related to the investigation to call (813)

Crime Stoppers is offering
a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to the ar- rest of the person responsible for the hit and run accident.
The information can be re- ported anonymously to Crime Stoppers, but they must be notified first in order to be eligible for the reward.
The Tampa Police is inves- tigating a traffic accident in- volving a fatality. They have not released the names of those involved in the accident that took place at N. Boule- vard and W. Waters Avenue.
According to police, upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered that a pickup truck and a motorcycle had been involved in a traffic ac- cident.
The driver of the motorcy- cle was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries.
Officers were unable to lo- cate the driver of the red pickup truck. They believe
the driver fled on foot before the officers arrived.
They are investigating the traffic death as a hit and run and are asking anyone with information pertaining to the accident to contact the Tampa Police Department at (813) 231-6130. The investi- gation is continuing.
