Team LeBron vs. Team Durant: 2022 All-Star Game Set For Sunday At 8 P.M.
Byron Allen May Become First Black NFL Owner
     NEW YORK — Captains Le- Bron James of the Los Ange- les Lakers and Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets have se- lected the team rosters for the 2022 NBA All-Star Game.
The matchup between Team LeBron and Team Durant in the 71st NBA All-Star Game will take place on Sunday, Feb. 20 at Rocket Mortgage Field- House in Cleveland, airing live at8p.m.ETonTNTandESPN Radio in the United States and reaching fans in 215 countries and territories in 59 languages.

Media mogul Byron Allen is adding NFL owner to his list of accomplishments. Allen is on track to become the first Black owner of an NFL team as he gets ready to bid on the Denver Broncos.
Allen released a statement confirming his intention to purchase the Denver Broncos.
“NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft came to me in November of 2019 and asked me to take a good look at buying an NFL team,” Allen wrote. “And after serious consideration, I strongly believe I can help ef- fectuate positive changes throughout the league. And for that reason, I will be making a bid for the Denver Broncos.”

The cost of buying the NFL team could cost Allen’s in- vestment group between $3 billion to $4 billion. The in- vestment group is most likely to include business investors and investors from Hollywood, the sports world and Wall Street.

 Adrian Peterson on Mon- day shared his side of the do- mestic violence incident that made headlines on last Sun- day.
Peterson was arrested for suspicion of felony domestic violence after an altercation with his wife on a plane Sun- day morning. Peterson was removed from the plane and taken into custody. He was charged with domestic vio- lence.
Peterson responded to the incident in comments pro- vided to FOX 26 in Houston’s Mark Berman. Peterson told Berman his mind was

blown that he got arrested. He said he and his wife got into a dispute, and that the mark that was left on his wife was on her finger.
“I was literally mind-blown that they took me to jail,” Pe- terson told Fox 26’s Berman. “They were like, ‘I’m sorry, Mr. Peterson, but be- cause she had a scratch on her finger, (in) the state of Califor- nia, we have to take you in.’ I sit there and watch the plane pull back and take off and I’m just like, ‘Wow! I cannot be- lieve this is happening right now. I’m going to jail, and I lit- erally didn’t do anything.’
