TAMPA-HILLSBOROUGH EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) – No. O-0222 LEE ROY SELMON GREENWAY ENHANCEMENT LOW BID DESIGN-BUILD
The Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (Authority) has reissued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive bids and proposals for Design-Build delivery of the Lee Roy Selmon Greenway Enhancements from Florida Avenue to west of South Jefferson Street. The scope of work includes all investigations, design, permitting, coordination, final approved construction documents and construction activities necessary to complete the project.
The complete Instructions and Submittal Documents are available through the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com) or through an email request to Man.Le@tampa-xway.com. FIRMS THAT OBTAIN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR OR THEA ARE CAUTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE.
Non-Mandatory Pre-proposal meeting on January 25, 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. at 1104 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602.
Interested firms shall submit a completed Letter of Interest response to the Authority by February 10, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. EST. Firms failing to submit the required documents as outlined within the Instructions and Submittal Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the RFP. The Authority strongly encourages the solicitation and utilization of SBE firms and requires nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, sex and national origin in its contracting practices.

Upon reading the affidavit of Daniel Yaniv, Esq., sworn to on the 25th day of February 2021 and it satisfactorily appearing therefrom that service of the Summons with Notice and Automatic Orders and Notices pursuant to SEC. 236(b) and 255 of the DRL cannot be made upon Defendant pursuant to CPLR §308(1) with due diligence and that Plaintiff has established good cause to have service effected by an alternative method as set forth herein:

ORDERED, that the service of the Summons with Notice and Automatic Orders and Notices upon the Defendant, VIVIAN RICHARDO WOODSTOCK, A.K.A. RICHARD WOODSTOCK, in the above entitled action, by a method other than CPLR §308(1), as set forth below, and that the time constraints under CPLR §306-b are hereby extended pursuant to CPLR §2004 to allow plaintiff an additional one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of this order to effect service of the Summons with Notice and Automatic Orders and Notices pursuant to §236(b) and 255 of the DRL upon the Defendant; and it is further

ORDERED, that an affidavit of service as proof of the completion of such alternative service pursuant to this order be filed by Plaintiff with the County Clerk.
