Antonio Brown Has Telling Comment On Future With Bucs
ANTONIO BROWN
Things have been relatively quiet when it comes to six-time Pro Bowl WR Antonio Brown and his future with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But there’s one update that may be pretty telling.
In a recent interview, Brown indicated that he be- lieves he can work something out with the Bucs. He also said that goes for fellow ex-Bucs player Leonard Fournette, who is also out of contract with the team.
“Me and playoff Lenny gonna work this out,” Brown said. He didn’t give a timetable on “when” that might happen though.
Longtime Patriots Safety Patrick Chung Reverses Course, Announces NFL Retirement
PATRICK CHUNG
Longtime New England Pa- triots safety Patrick Chung, who had intended to play this season after opting out of the 2020 NFL campaign, has re- versed course and announced his retirement Thursday.
Chung, 33, said on Insta- gram that "it's time to start a new life."
This would have been Chung's 12th season in the NFL and 11th with the Patriots. He has played in 153 career regular-season games (122 starts) in addition to 23 playoff games (20 starts).

Jackson Agrees To
Hospital, Recovering At
One-Year Deal With Rams
Home After Car Accident
It's been nearly 15 years since DeSean Jackson played for a team in his homestate. That officially changed on Sunday.
The veteran receiver has agreed to terms on a one-year contract to join the Los Ange- les Rams, the team an- nounced. The terms of the deal are unknown at this time.
For Jackson, an Ange- leno by birth and now by oc- cupation, a return to the City of Angels will be a more than welcome sight after a tumul- tuous homecoming to his first NFL home in Philadelphia.

Tiger Woods' road to recovery has finally taken him home.
The golf legend an- nounced Tuesday that he is back home in Florida, where he will continue his rehab following his terrifying car accident near Los Angeles that left him with extensive leg injuries.
Woods thanked his medical team at both the Harbor-UCLA Medical Cen- ter and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for their care.
Woods had previously been hospitalized since Feb. 23, when his SUV hit a sign on a winding residential road in Rolling Hills Estates, crossed over two lanes of on- coming traffic and rolled into a gully. Woods, who showed no sign of impairment during the crash, reportedly does not have any memory of the

crash.
Tiger Woods has a long road ahead
It is going to be a while before Woods can even swing a golf club, much less play competitive golf again. He sustained several signifi- cant injuries during the crash, including compound fractures of both his right tibia and fibula that required the insertion of screws, pins and a rod into his leg.
DESEAN JACKSON
2019 after a five-year absence that saw him make stops in Washington and Tampa Bay. After playing in at least nine games in each of his first 11 years, Jackson was limited to a combined eight appear- ances over two seasons due to numerous injuries. Philly de- cided to part ways with him last month.
CB Patrick Peterson
Moving On From
Cardinals To Vikings
On One-Year, $10M Deal
Patrick Peterson is moving on to Minnesota.
The 10-year pro and eight-time Pro Bowler is leaving the Arizona Cardi- nals and signing with the Minnesota Vikings on a one- year deal worth $10 million.
A standout and mainstay in the desert for a decade, Peterson was also one of the game's top corners, as ev- idenced by his eight-straight Pro Bowls to begin his career -- an accomplishment only Peterson has pulled off.
He's clearly lost a step though, as he's heading into his age-31 after turning in a 53.1 coverage grade via Pro Football Focus that was his worst since his rookie year.
Nonetheless, Peterson will look to bring some expe- rience to the Vikings and im- prove a defense that struggled mightily in 2020. Other than 2019, when he was suspended for violation of the league's performance- enhancing substance policy, Peterson has started every

game possible since he was selected in the 2011 draft. Thus, while his better sea- sons might be behind him, his dependability is still top- class.
No. 61 in Gregg Rosen- thal's Top 101 free agents of 2021, Peterson's departure from the Cardinals is a hugely significant one in terms of franchise chronicle, but it's hardly unexpected.
Once one of the game's elite on the outside, Peter- son's looking to catch his second wind with the Vikings.
