Lil Baby Arrested For Reckless Driving And Other Charges
Gucci may have issued an apology for releasing an offen- sive sweater, but that apology is not being well received.
The Grand Hustle host T.I. announced his plans to boy- cott the luxury fashion de- signer in a passionate Instagram post.
A longtime customer of the brand, T.I. explained, "As a 7 figure/yr customer & long time supporter of your brand I must say...Y’all GOT US f*cked UP!!! APOLOGY NOT AC- CEPTED!!!! We ain’t going for this.“
Stressing the importance of deserting brands who con- stantly offend their con- sumers, he continued, " \We ALL GOTTA Stop buying, wearing, and support- ing this piece of sh*t company
DOLLARS & VALUE OUR BUSINESS!!!! Our culture RUNS THIS SH*T!!! We (Peo- ple of color) spend $1.25 TRILLION/year (but are the least respected and the least included)and if we stop buying ANYTHING they MUST cor- rect any and ALL of our con- cerns."
T.I. isn't alone.
Oscar nominated director
Spike Lee also announced his decision to boycott both Gucci and Prada. The luxury fashion house faced backlash after re- leasing a racist monkey bag charm in December.
Lee wrote, "I, Spike Lee Of Sound Mind And Body Will No Longer Wear Prada Or Gucci Until They Hire Some Black Designers " To Be In Da Room When It Happens."
According to multiple re- ports Georgia State Patrol offi- cials told WSB-TV, Atlanta’s local ABC affiliate, the Quality Control Music artist was charged with reckless driving, failure to use correct signal and attempting to flee police.
Lil Baby appeared to have been released on bond as WSB-TV cameras filmed the rapper’s exit from the Atlanta Detention Center a few hours later.
Footage of Lil Baby’s ar- rest began circulating on social media earlier on Thursday. The platinum-selling artist was seen lying face down on a

J. Cole And Meek Mill Condemn White 'Terrorist' Florida Cop With History Of False Arrests
Days after 21 Savage was ar- rested for reportedly overstay- ing his visa, Jay Z has spoken out in support of the detained rapper and has hired a lawyer to help with his citizenship case.
Attorney Alex Spiro con- firms to E! News that he is helping assist in the Savage case after being hired by Jay and Roc Nation.
In addition, Jay-Z shared the following statement with E! News, calling 21’s arrest a complete “travesty.”
“The arrest and detention of 21 Savage is an absolute trav- esty, his U visa petition has been pending for 4 years,” he shared in a statement to E!
News. “In addition to being a successful recording artist, 21 deserves to be reunited with his children immediately #Free21Savage.”
21 Savage, real name She’yaa Bin Abraham- Joseph, was arrested and de- tained in Atlanta on February 3 by ICE agents, with the depart- ment saying that he is a British citizen who “is unlawfully pres- ent in the U.S.”.
His lawyer has since con- firmed that the rap star was born in London, clarifying that he moved to the U. S. with his parents at the age of 7 and that his legal status expired in July 2006 “through no fault of his own.”
A Broward County, Florida deputy with a history of mak- ing false arrests has caught the wrath of J. Cole and Meek Mill. In a July 2017 video ob- tained by The Miami Herald, Allen Floyd was holding his infant son outside of a Red Carpet Inn in Dania Beach when he was approached by Deputy James Cady.
Almost instantly, Cady started screaming at Floyd, demanding to see his I.D. When Floyd asked why he’s being so hostile, he started calling him “boy” and contin- ued escalating the situation. Ultimately, Cady grabbed

Broward Public Defender
Howard Finkelstein
penned a letter to newly ap- pointed Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony last month, pointing out Floyd wasn’t under investigation of any crime nor was he being bel- ligerent.
Cole shared a clip of the in- cident to his Twitter account with the caption “Coward and a terrorist,” while Meek com- mented, “Regular day for a black man in America! They ripped this man baby out of his arms smfh!”
