Police Search For Serial Robber
Armed Robber Shoots Woman
  The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man in connection with a series of crimes. There are also four active warrants for his arrest.
According to police, Javaris Wynn, 21, is wanted for 2 counts of sud- den snatching and 2 counts of grand theft.
Police said Wynn targets cell phone retailers and his choice of phones is the iPhone. He reportedly poses as a customer, examines the

phones, then quickly snatches it and runs. In addi- tion to Hillsborough County,
Wynn is wanted in Auburn- dale, Orlando, and Zephyrhills, police said.
Wynn was last seen driv- ing a 2010 Jeep Cherokee that has been reported stolen. The Jeep is black with a rooftop cargo rack and a smaller tire on the front pas- senger side.

Tampa Man Pleads Guilty To Gun Charge

A 39-year-old Tampa man pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm. A sentencing date has not been set.
According to the plea agreement, Javis D. Wilson reportedly sold undercover agents cocaine in 2016. He also sold several firearms, in- cluding a 30-06 caliber rifle, a .25 caliber handgun, and a .40 caliber handgun.
At the time of the sales, Wilson had previously been convicted of a felony and he is banned from having firearms.
He is facing up to life in prison.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who shot a woman during a robbery. The inci- dent took place last Thurs- day.
Deputies responded to the Wells Fargo Bank, 204 Kings Avenue, South, around 9 p.m., in reference to a rob- bery. When they arrived, they made contact with Ms. Alexandrya Marks, 23, who suffered a gunshot wound to her leg.
Ms. Marks told police she drove her vehicle into the lane to access the outside night depository. However, before she could make the de- posit, a man wearing a dark hoodie approached her from the front of the car. He was
armed with a 9 mm handgun. The man yelled at her for the money and attempted to open her car door, but she locked it. He then fired a bul- let into the driver’s side rear window. The second bullet went into the driver’s win- dow, striking Ms. Marks in
the left leg.
The suspect then grabbed
the deposit bag from inside the car and fled the scene.
Ms. Marks was trans- ported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

  Man Charged With Attempted Murder After Stabbing Officers
  A 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder. He is accused of stabbing three law enforcement officers as they attempted to arrest him.
According to the Clear- water Police Department, of- ficers responded to the Marina parking lot, 37 Causeway Blvd., in reference to a man beating a woman. He was also aggressive to- ward citizens who came to help the woman, police said.
When officers attempted to take him into custody, the man allegedly pulled a small knife he had concealed on his body. He violently resisted arrest and stabbed or cut three officers with the knife before they could handcuff him. The officers sustained
Man Wanted For Exposing Himself To 12-Year-Old Girl

minor injuries and were treated and released at a local hospital.
The suspect, identified as Justin Shuford, was charged with attempted murder, 2 counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with vio- lence, and domestic battery.
The Pasco County Sher- iff’s Office is searching for a man who exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl. The inci- dent took place at San Miguel Drive and San Carlos Drive in Port Richey. The incident took place last Thursday morning as the girl was walk- ing to her bus stop.
According to police, a white man in his 20s with dark curly hair, pulled up to the girl and attempted to ini-
tiate contact. The girl told po- lice he exposed his penis.
He then drove away as the girl ran. The girl’s mother captured the vehicle on her home surveillance system. It is described as a gold, 4-door vehicle.

 Man Arrested After Shooting Rifle Into House
  Pinellas County deputies arrested a 51-year-old man and charged him with shoot- ing into an occupied dwelling. The incident took place in Palm Harbor early Sunday.
According to police, deputies responded to 1500 block of Canopy Oaks Blvd., around 3 a.m., in reference to several calls from neighbors reporting shots being fired. When deputies arrived, they also heard about five gun- shots. They established a perimeter and determined the shots were coming from the residence at 1520 Canopy Oaks Blvd. They identified the person inside the home as Stephen Jonas and that he lived in the home.
The deputies attempted to make contact with Jonas. After about 8 hours, Jonas walked out of the home and was arrested without further

juries.
Jonas told police that he
was shooting at rats in his backyard. The investigation is continuing.
