The Historical Graduation Class Of 2020
The time has come to recog- nize the hard work and determi- nation you displayed this school year. From beginning to end you achieved success.
We know the historical Coro- navirus (COVID-19) pandemic hindered the normal functions of K-12 Schools, but you have been relentless in your pursuits.
District Administration, school administrators, educators and staff members had to quickly develop a distance-learning cur- riculum to make sure you achieved educational success at home. Sacrifices were made and solutions were developed to man- age an historical and national pandemic that pushed us all to struggle and overcome.
While your commencement will not look traditional, your ac-
complishments will be honored. I am very pleased K-12 School District Administration and local officials came together to make sure you were able to experience your graduation day with your family and friends.
Congratulations to the Gradu- ating Class of 2020. Please be open and have a positive under- standing of other cultures, be di- verse in your decision-making, and stay focused on your goals in life. You did it.
