Bucs Clinch 1st NFC South Title Since 2007
Bucs Head Coach Bruce Arians Reveals Severity Of Shaq Barrett’s Knee Injury
SHAQ BARRETT
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got a much needed victory on Sunday, defeating the Carolina Panthers soundly, 32-6. How- ever, during the win the team took another blow to their de- fense. Buccaneers linebacker Shaq Barrett was forced to leave the game with a leg injury in the 2nd quarter.
Barrett briefly returned to the game in the 3rd quarter, only to leave again. He was ruled out shortly afterward.
Antonio Brown Cuts Off Reporter's Question, Goes On Rant About Media
ANTONIO BROWN AND TOM BRADY
The Tampa Bay Bucca- neers have clinched the NFC South, winning their first di- vision title since 2007.
The defending Super Bowl champs sealed the deal with a dominant victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, despite missing some of their best players on both sides of the ball due to injury.
Last year, the Bucs took home the Lombardi Trophy despite not winning the divi- sion, stacking three straight road victories in the postsea- son before becoming the first team in NFL history to win

the Super Bowl in their home stadium.
The win ensures the Bucs will get at least one home playoff game this year, and keeps them in the race for the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown made a triumphant return after missing two months due to injury and suspension, leading the Bucs with 10 receptions and 101 yards in Sunday’s 32-6 win over the Carolina Panthers.
After the game, Brown was in no mood to discuss his three-game suspension for misrepresenting his COVID-19 vaccination status earlier this year, cutting off a
reporter’s question and going on a rant about how the media has covered him in regards to the suspension.
The suspension is behind Brown, and it is behind the Buccaneers.
As seen on Sunday, Tampa Bay values what Brown brings to their of- fense, and as Arians said earlier in the week, he does- n't "give a s---" what criti- cism he receives for bringing Brown back.
5 Bucs Players
While speaking to the media after the game, Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians ad- dressed Barrett’s injury. Ari- ans referred to Barrett’s knee injury as a mild MCL sprain, but they are not certain until further testing is done.
Jonathan Allen Throws Punch At Teammate Daron Payne On Sidelines
A confrontation between Jonathan Allen and Daron Payne escalated quickly.
The Washington Football Team had a bad first half against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night, and that boiled over into a fight between two teammates.
As the game came back from commercial following Dallas scoring a touchdown to go up 28-7, NBC showed a fight on the sidelines between Jonathan Allen and Daron Payne. Payne was seen talk- ing to Allen, who was sitting next to him. Payne then stood up and even pointed a finger in Allen’s face.
The finger touching him seemed to cross a line for Allen, who stood up and threw a punch at Payne.
Make Pro Bowl
The NFL announced the Pro Bowl rosters for 2021 on last Wednesday, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are well-represented, with five selections and eight addi- tional players named as al- ternates for this year’s all-star team.

Houston Texans safety Jonathan Owens recorded the first interception of his career on Sunday, and his girlfriend Simone Biles was in attendance to see it live.
Owens intercepted a Justin Herbert pass late in the second quarter of Hous- ton’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers. Biles, who has been dating Owens for over a year, was shown in the stands at NRG Stadium
