Plagued With Fibroids?
Uterine fibroids are com- mon, with 70% of women having one or two by the age of 50. Here are a few things to help prevent them.
Stop Them With Salad.
Green leafy veggies contain Vitamin K, and tomatoes are rich in lycopene, two nutri- ents that switch off genes that help fibroids form.
Sidestep Trouble By Walking. Just 30 minutes of walking increases blood circulation to the pelvis, helping flush away fibroid- fueling hormones.
Shrink Them With A Little Sunshine. Sunlight produces Vitamin D, a nutri- ent that forces uterine cells to behave normally. Spending 30 minutes outdoors daily helps stop the growth of small fibroids and shrinks larger ones. If you prefer nighttime, take 3,000 IU of Vitamin D-3 daily.
Kill Bad Cells With EGCG. A daily dose of 800 mg. of EGCG, a green tea ex- tract with help the immune system destroy uterine cells that are growing abnormally. Taking the supplement will help you avoid having to drink 22 cups of tea daily.

Give Yourself The Respect You Deserve... Even If He Won’t
Monogamous relationships can only protect you from HIV if BOTH of you are monogamous and know your HIV status. If you’re the only one being faithful, there may be a lot more than your rela- tionship at risk.
