COVID-19 Vaccine Information
Progress Village Park, lo- cated at 8701 Progress Blvd., Tampa, FL, 33619, will be open from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday, for residents who want a free COVID test or Pfizer vaccine. Walk-ins accepted. Face masks are required except during the nasal swab.
In accordance with federal guidelines, health insurance information will be collected; however, individuals who do not have health insurance will still be tested. People being tested should bring a photo ID (driver’s license, state-is- sued ID, or passport) with name and date of birth, as well as their health insurance card (if applicable).
