REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS GEOTECHNICAL, ENGINEERING, TESTING & INSPECTION SERVICES
RFQ NO. Q-013-20; PROJECT NO. 20-02020
Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms or individuals interested in providing geotechnical, engineering, testing, and inspection services on an as-needed basis for up to three (3) years as defined by the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA).
All interested firms will obtain a copy of the solicitation instructions and submittal documents and submit a completed response to Port Tampa Bay, 1101 Channelside Drive, 4th Floor, Tampa, FL 33602. Submittals are due by 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 13, 2020. There will be no formal opening for this Procurement.
PTB will hold A NON-MANDATORY PRE-QUALIFICATION TELECONFERENCE on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective Respondents are encouraged to attend. See Attachment 4 of the RFQ Document for teleconference details.
All responses to the RFQ shall include a letter indicating the Firm’s interest and completion of the RFQ Documents. Firms failing to submit the required RFQ Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the RFQ. The RFQ is available through the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com) or through a link on PTB web site (www.porttb.com).
PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the responses.
