Floyd Mayweather Throws $9,000 In Cash During Lil' Kim Concert
FLOYD MAYWEATHER
Floyd Mayweather was like a human ATM at the Bad Boy Family Reunion concert in Las Vegas this last weekend -- dispensing $100 bills to the crowd ... just because he felt like it.
Lil' Kim was performing "Get Money" when May- weather walked out onstage and began to make it rain. A rep for the boxer told re- porters he threw roughly $9,000 in cash.
Floyd's rep says he and Kim are "very good friends" - -andhejustwantedtodoa nice thing.
Police Say Former Florida QB, Edgewater (Fla.) Coach Chris Leak Under Investigation For Sexual Assault
CHRIS LEAK
Former Florida star Chris Leak, who resigned as Edge- water (Orlando) High coach, is under investigation for an al- leged sexual assault of a 16- year-old girl, Orlando police told The Orlando Sentinel.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and Leak has not been charged. The Sentinel was unable to reach him for comment.
The incident is alleged to have happened Sept. 5 but was reported to police Monday. Leak resigned Monday after just five games with an 0-5 record.
According to the police re- port, the girl said Leak asked her to give him a massage and he came out of the shower wearing only a towel. After he massaged the back of his legs, the girl said he asked her to massage the front of his legs and then pulled her hands up and her hands grazed genitals, according to the report.
The girl then left. Leak later brought her some food and took her home.
Police described the girl as “very upset” when she de- scribed the events.
Odell Beckham Says He Is Being Targeted By Refs
JAMEIS WINSTON
The worst foe any team could face is one that is des- perate for a win. On Monday night, the Tampa Bay Bucca- neers and Carolina Panthers will be trying to reboot their seasons with a win.
Both teams are coming off disappointing loses and will enter the contest with 1-3 records.
The Panthers, last year’s Super Bowl runner-ups, have been stumbling since their one-point loss to the Denver Broncos in their re- venge game.
The Tampa Bay Bucca- neers have been struggling to find their identity since their opening season win against the Atlanta Falcons.
The Falcons now lead the NFC South division, with the Bucs, Panthers, and New Orleans Saints giving chase.
Buccaneer quarterback, Jameis Winston, needs to hire another security firm to protect him on the field, be- cause his offensive line has not performed up to stan- dard, even during their lone victory.
If things weren’t bad enough with the 2015 sec- ond leading NFL rusher on the sideline (Doug Mar-

tin), it looks like the Bucs may be without the services of their best defensive player, Gerald McCoy. McCoy suffered a calf in- jury against the Broncos, and his return is question- able.
The Panthers also have wounds that need healing. Their quarterback, Cam Newton, has been running for his life since the season started, and actually was re- moved from his last game to be tested for concussions.
Newton’s status for Sun- day’s contest hasn’t been de- termined as he must pass concussion protocol before he can play again.
Both teams may be lurk- ing in the wings waiting for things to heal, and then both make a charge for the play- offs.
But, the way both teams have looked up to this point, there is a lot of work to do.
The Bucs have a new head coach, Dirk Koetter, and he’s still trying to adjust to being a head coach after being the team’s quarter- back coach.
Kickoff Monday will be at 8:30 p.m. and the game will be televised on ESPN.
It isn’t always easy being the center of attention in a NFL game.
After one of the worst games in his career managing to rack up only 23 receiving yards from three catches, Odell Beckham, Jr. spoke to reporters about his frustra- tions with being singled out by referees.
Beckham, Jr. has already been fined six times within the last two seasons, and re- cently earned himself a $36,000 fine for an illegal block on New Orleans Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro. The NFL implemented a new rule, which consists of either taunt- ing a player, punching, kick- ing or hitting an opposing player and any abusive or threatening language. The

new rule was conjured up after Beckham’s confronta- tion with Washington Red- skin Josh Norman last season.
Beckham’s quarterback, Eli Manning chimed in and said the 23-year-old needs to have more control to get the refs off his back.“They’re look- ing for him and he has to play smart. They’re going to call him and he brought that on himself.”
SI: Texas’ Charlie Strong
Out After Season
Just days after Texas ath- letic director Mike Perrin said coach Charlie Strong’s program would need evalua- tion but not immediate whole- sale changes, Sports Illustrated is reporting that Strong will be out as the Longhorns’ coach at the end of the season.
Texas lost 49-31 to Okla- homa State last weekend and is currently 2-2. Strong, who demoted defensive coordina- tor Vance Bedford and took over the defensive play-calling, was asked about reports re- garding his job status and he essentially skirted the ques- tion.
“I told our players, ‘We have eight games left, you go play and let me worry about the rest,'” Strong said, per Horns Digest.
It seems ridiculous if Texas has indeed decided to part ways with Strong, waiting until the end of the season, es-

pecially with at least eight games remaining. Texas hasn’t had a winning season since going 8-5 in 2013.
Either way, it’s now out there that Strong is report- edly a lame-duck coach, which will no doubt have an effect on the way the Longhorns play.
Strong was the focus of an affair with a married woman scandal before the season, put- ting him in the media in a neg- ative way, which probably did not help him.
