MR. GERALD JEROME ANDERSON
Mr. Gerald Jerome Ander- son of Tampa, passed away Friday, September 30, 2016. Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, October 8 at 11 a. m. at Ray Williams Memo- rial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Av- enue with Pastor Felix Walters, officiating.
Mr. Anderson was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was a graduate of Brandon High School and enjoyed his career as a CNA/Surgical Assistant at Florida Hospital of Carroll- wood.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Sharon Ander- son and Alfred Williams; grandparents, Julia and Sally Anderson; and brother, David Anderson.
He leaves to cherish pre- cious memories: son, Gerald Anderson, Jr.; stepson, Dwuany Cannon, Jr.; daugh- ter, Crystal Walker; grandchil- dren, Samariah Anderson, Sukari Anderson and Carmello Conner; wife, Christina Ander- son; four sisters, Nanette (Wardell) Evans, Joyce Williams, Alfreda Williams and Inez Williams; brother, Steve Anderson; aunt, Betty (Thomas) Benjamin; 8 uncles, Sally (Felecia), Ronnie (Char- lotte), Clarence (Kathy), Car- leel (Patricia), Tim, Mike (Denise), Leonard (Angie), Bernard and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Homegoing services for Ms. Eulie Boswell-Jackson, who passed away on September 26, 2016, will be held Saturday, October 7, 2016 at 11 a. m. at New Hope Missionary Baptist, 3005 East Ellicott Street Tampa, 33610, Minister James Richardson, officiating and Minister Bruce Bryant, Eulogist. The committal will take place at the church.
Ms. Eulie Boswell-Jackson was born June 24, 1944 to the late Bobbie Lester and Eddy C. West in Greenville, GA, then later moved to Gould, Florida as a child and attended school. She graduated from May Sen- ior High School in 1962 and attended DCT School of Nurs- ing with a Nurse’s Aide Cer- tificate, met and married Ivory Boswell.
Later she moved to Tampa and attended Brewster Tech where she received her Nurs- ing Degree.
Eulie was a long time mem- ber of New Hope Church and served on the Usher Board and a member of The Ameri- can Legion. She worked for many years at St. Joseph’s Hospital as a nurse and later worked for DACCO. She was a volunteer at Springhill Com- munity Center Boys and Girls Club.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Bobbie May Lester; father, Eddy C. West; daughter, Janice Williams; and grandson, Ikeim Boswell.
She leaves precious memo- ries with: her sons, Darrain Boswell and Ivory Kip Boswell; daughters, Karen Boswell, Angela Griffin (Eddy), Monique William (Henry), Latashia Dawson (Rodney); son-in-law, Jerry William; grandchildren, Chantel Rodriquez, Jarvis Troupe, Jasmine Boswell, Ivory Boswell, Ian Boswell, Mesinque Moore, Shayon Paul Kendrick, Arhmon Boswell, Ebriana Griffin; great grand- children, Kimani Miller, Alianna Miller, Anashiah Troupe, Tyguis Moore, Ja’Miyla Moore; devoted rela- tives and friends, Terina Boswell, Delores Fletcher, Ham Swain, Jr., Porsha Chester, Islay Cutler (care- giver), Betty Brady, and Rhonda Ervin (caregiver).
The visitation for Eulie Boswell-Jackson will be held this Friday evening from 5 p. m. until 8 p. m. at Harmon Fu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, 33610. The family will receive friends from 6 p. m. until 7 p. m. A special program will be held in her honor in the Chapel at 7:30 p.m.
MR. HARVEY LEON NICHOLS, JR. (BUTCH)
Mr. Harvey Leon Nichols, Jr. (Butch) was born on October 8, 1957 to the late Reverend Harvey L. Nichols, Sr. and the late Char- lotte Saunders Nichols. Harvey attended school in Hillsborough County, Florida, followed by service in the United States Army.
Harvey was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Nichols, and sister, Deloris Nichols Robinson.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ories daughter, De’aana Nichols Wiggins (Terrick), sons, Willie J Nichols (Iris) and O. C. Nichols; granddaughters, Breonna and Terriell Wiggins, Z’nhia Mincey; grandsons, Deon Wiggins, Willie Nichols, Jr., and O. C., Jr.; aunt, Valerie Duncanson, Bahamas; sisters, Barbara J. Cooper, Shirley Watkins-Blythe, Debo- rah Nelson (Jimmy), Valerie Wilson, and Charlotte Harmon (Moses); brother, John Nichols (Rose); 25 nieces and nephews, 65 grand-nieces and nephews, 17 great-grand nieces and nephews, a host of cousins here in the US, as well as the Commonwealth of the Bahamas; Tarpon Springs, FL; the West Tampa community, and special friends, Wanda Puryear, and the Cogmon fam- ily.

On Thursday night, Septem- ber 29, 2016, God decided it was time for Mrs. Joretha Brown to join Him in his eter- nal home. He wrapped her in His loving arms and whispered “Come with me.” She gra- ciously accepted her master’s call and departed to be with Him.
A Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Joretha Brown will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016, 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 North Howard Avenue, with Brother Anthony Padmore, conducting the Funeral Discourse.
She was preceded in death by the following members of her loving family: husband, Anthony John Brown; parents, Jerry and Mary Polite; grand- parents, Ben and Emma Polite; brothers, Jerry Polite, Jr., Ellis Polite, and Clarence Hill.

MRS. JACQUELINE DELORES HARTSFIELD
Mrs. Jacqueline Delores Hartsfield of Tampa passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 8, at 2 p. m. at Mrs. Hartsfield home church, Christ Gospel Church of St. Pete, 2512 22nd Ave. South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. Interment will follow in Royal Palm Cemetery South, St. Petersburg, FL.
Mrs. Jacqueline Delores Hartsfield was born on October 6th, 1944, in Tampa, Florida. She was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School, Class of 1963 and furthered her education at Hillsborough Community Col- lege and graduated Class of 1972. Jacqueline was also a member of Christ Gospel Church in St. Pe- tersburg, FL.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Earline Hartsfield; father, Cashous A. Bowers; and sisters, Deborah Bowers and Sharon Bowers.
She leaves to cherish her memories with: her husband, James Allen; brothers, Cashous “Butch” Bowers and wife, Brenda, of Tampa, Richard Bow- ers, Carlos Bowers, Mark Bow- ers, Cashous Bowers, Jr., and Martin Bowers of Newark, NJ; sisters, Diane Bowers, Valerie Bowers and husband, Khalil of Newark, NJ.
She is also known as the mother of Elgin Sherman, Kevin Jackson, Keith and Tamara Bowers of Tampa; goddaughter, Candice Jackson of Tampa; she also leaves a host of 45 nieces and nephews, 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren; best friends, Ellestine Nash and Eve- lyn Houzell of Tampa.
