PORT TAMPA BAY INVITATION TO BID (ITB) NO. B-003-19 AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL & RELATED SERVICES
Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified professional vendors interested in providing Audio Visual Equipment & Related Services for various events held throughout PTB.
PTB will hold a MANDATORY PRE-BID TELECONFERENCE on Thursday, September 5, 2019 beginning at 9:00 a.m. PTB will only accept bids submitted by firms participating in the teleconference. Please see the Instructions to Bidders section of the ITB for teleconference details.
The ITB is available through a link on the PTB’s website (www.porttb.com) and the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com). Interested firms shall submit a completed response to Port Tampa Bay, 1101 Channelside Drive, 4 th Floor, Tampa, FL 33602. Sealed Bids are due by Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on PTB projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evalu- ating the bids.
