EMMA
This week’s Beauty Unlimited feature is the lovely Emma, and she’s definitely a bright spot for this hot summer ahead of us. Emma knows it will take more than good looks and luck to get her to the top, and she’s willing to put in all the hard work it will take. She’s also very patient, and understands that lone virtue is what she will need the most. Con- gratulations to Emma as this week’s Beauty Unlim- ited feature.
Discuss Warriors Winning Championship
Dell Curry and Mychal Thompson each had a chance to play in the NBA, but right now, the former players are busy being proud fathers as they watch their sons—aka the Splash Brothers—take the league by storm.
For a special Father's Day edition of Sunday Conversa- tion, Dell and Mychal joined Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson for an interview with ESPN's Marc Stein to discuss basketball.
The fathers talked about their respective sons' accom- plishments and even com- pared their games to those of their sons.
The segment was family- oriented, so naturally, Riley Curry made a point to join the interview as well.
Warriors' Stephen
Curry Hang Out At The Andre Ward Fight
Fresh off the massive Golden State Warriors parade party, Stephen Curry made an appearance at the Andre Ward-Paul Smith fight at

Oracle Arena. In fact, Curry led out Ward's entourage carrying a championship belt. Ward is a huge Warriors fan and was seen on the sidelines of the NBA playoffs rooting on his hometown team.
Curry also ran into 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick. Kap did not get as warm a wel- come as Steph. Kaeper- nick got a chorus of boos in Raider Nation's backyard. Curry, of course, was met with thunderous applause.
Steph and Kap weren't the only sports stars taking in the fight. Also in the audience were Marshawn Lynch, Vernon Davis, and Sio Moore.
Ward got a ninth-round TKO of Britain's Smith in his long-awaited return to the ring.
Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry carries one of the championship belts of WBA Super Middleweight World Champion Andre Ward.
LeBron James Still Bummed About Finals, Looking Ahead To Next Year
LEBRON JAMES
For fans still bummed out about the Cleveland Cavaliers' loss in the NBA Finals, Le- Bron James has a message: He's not happy either.
"It hurt to lose, and I'm still in a little funk right now, but I'm trying to work my way out of it," James said in a video posted Saturday for Bleacher Report.
James addressed Cavaliers fans in the video, saying that while he was "not happy with the way it closed out," he was pleased with the effort shown by his teammates last season.
"You know, for a team that's first getting together, in our first year to be able to reach the Finals -- not saying I'm happy with the results, but I'm proud of our guys," James said. "Just the growth that they had from the first day we walked in the gym to the other day, us losing, I'm proud of the guys and what they were able to accomplish."
With the anniversary ap- proaching of the announce- ment of his decision to return to Cleveland, James said he has no regrets.
"Being back home is every- thing that I dreamed of, every- thing that I thought about," he said. "Being back with these fans, being back with this com- munity, just being back here and trying to bring joy to this city, which deserves it. Bring- ing a sense of pride to this city, which deserves it. Giving this city something to talk about, which they deserve."
'Showtime' Shawn Porter Tops Adrien Broner In Non-Title Matchup
SHAWN PORTER
Jordan Spieth Wins Stunner At Chambers Bay For U.S. Open Title
LAS VEGAS -- "Show- time" Shawn Porter put on a show as he dominated Adrien "The Problem" Broner for a unanimous de- cision victory in a non-title matchup of top welterweights Saturday night in the main event of a Premier Boxing Champions card at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Although Porter was the clear winner, there was major drama in the 12th and final round when Broner, surely knowing he was down on the scorecards, came out fast and leveled Porter with a wide- open left hand in the first minute.
Porter seemed OK but still had more than two min- utes to survive as Broner came at him with everything he had. But Porter, who ap- peared to be in tremendous condition, was able to stave
off Broner in the frantic final minute of the fight to se- cure the unanimous decision, much to the delight of the pro-Porter crowd of 8,138, which included card co-pro- moter Floyd Mayweather.
Shawn Porter's prime- time dismantling of Adrien Broner on Saturday gives him a long-shot chance to be Floyd Mayweather's next opponent later this year.
All three judges had it for Porter: 118-108, 115-111 and a surprisingly close 114-112. ESPN.com had Porter win- ning 117-109 in a fight that was contested at a maximum weight of 144 pounds, per Broner's demand, three fewer than the welterweight division limit.
"This was a great fight for us and a great win. We are going to enjoy this fight and keep going," Porter said.
UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash. -- Jordan Spieth is halfway home to the Grand Slam, a prize only three of the biggest names in modern golf have ever chased.
And he still can't believe how he got there.
Spieth won the U.S. Open in a heart-stopper Sun- day with a turn of events even more wild than the ter- rain at Chambers Bay. He thought he had it won with a 25-foot birdie putt on the 16th hole. He threw away a 3-shot lead one hole later. He made birdie on the final hole.
And then he thought it was over as Dustin John- son settled in over a 12-foot eagle putt for the victory.
Three putts later, Spieth was the U.S. Open cham- pion.
"I'm still in shock," he

said with the gleaming U.S. Open trophy at his side. "I've never experienced a feeling like this. It was a very intense back nine."
Spieth became only the sixth player to win the Mas- ters and U.S. Open in the same year, and he joined Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods in getting the first two legs of the modern slam that Palmer created on his way to St. Andrews in 1960.
