NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPROVAL
OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 163 FLORIDA STATUTES
The City of Tampa proposes to approve a City of Tampa Development Agreement for Pollack Shores (NOHO 2) for a 2.92+/- acre property located generally north of Fig Street, south of Gray Street, west of Rome Avenue, and east of Freemont Avenue, in the City of Tampa, Florida.
The first public hearing will be held on March 5, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. and the second public hearing will be held on March 19, 2015, at 10:30 a.m., in City Council Chambers located at 315 E. Kennedy Boulevard, Third Floor, City Hall, Tampa, Florida 33602, at which public hearings all parties in interest and citizens may appear and be heard as to any and all matters pertinent to the proposed City of Tampa Development Agreement for Pollack Shores (NOHO 2).
The proposed City of Tampa Development Agreement for Pollack Shores (NOHO 2) would allow the development of up to 239,126 square feet of building with 275 multifamily units on the 2.92 acre property. The maximum building heights within the property vary by tract, but shall not be greater than 300 feet or such higher height as approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.
A copy of the proposed City of Tampa Development Agreement for Pollack Shores (NOHO 2) may be inspected by the public in the office of the City Clerk, 315 E. Kennedy Boulevard, Third Floor, City Hall, Tampa, Florida 33602, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Please note that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the Office of the City Clerk at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of the meeting.
