The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa is seeking proposals from professional Theater Operators to partner with in the development of Theater ENCORE which is a proposed up to 99 seat stage theater under development as part of the Tempo at Encore mixed-use apartment building located at 1102 Ray Charles Boulevard, Tampa, Florida. Theater ENCORE is the vision of the developers of ENCORE Tampa to ensure that live performing arts, music, oratory, educational events and similar creative expressions are once again resident and thriving in this master planned mixed-use community.

Experienced Operators may request a copy of the official Request for Proposals, on or after January 2, 2019 online at www.thafl.com (click on “Contractor: Bid Opportunities”), by calling the THA Contracting Office at 813/341-9101 ext. 3480 or by visiting the contracting offices located at 5301 West Cypress Street, Tampa Florida 33607.
