RAY WILLIAMS
MR. CEDRIC (‘RICKY’) OVERSTREET
Mr. Cedric “Ricky” Overstreet was born on December 11, 1957, in Bartow, Florida. He grew up and attended school in Polk County. In later years, the family moved to Hillsborough County, where he graduated from A. P. Leto High School in 1975. He received his Bachelor of Arts, from Morehouse College; Master of Business Ad- ministration from Clark Atlanta University.
In Bradenton, Florida, he be- came the Housing and Community Development Specialist, where he assisted in small city community development and special construc- tion projects. These degrees al- lowed him many great positions that he was proud of, in the city of Stamford, Connecticut he became the Housing Development Man- ager Assistant for all community development programs. He worked with the Board of Finance; the Citizens Advisory Board, the Section 8 Manager, the City Com- mission and inter-governmental agencies.
In his final occupations, he worked as a High School substitute teacher providing instruction to K- 12th grade students.
After many years of declining mental health, Cedric departed this life on August 26, 2020, at his home in Tampa, Florida.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Rev. J. L. Overstreet and Mrs. Ada Overstreet.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his sister, Chicquita “Kay” Archer (children: Gerron, Preston, Bryce); his brother, Jon Kevin Overstreet (children: Jalon, Jor- dan); a sister-in-law, Gwen Over- street; and a host of other sorrowing family and friends.

MR. AL DANIEL MOSLEY, JR.
A Private Service will be held for Mr. Al Daniel Mosley, Jr., who passed away on September 9, 2020.
Mr. Al Daniel Mosley, Jr. was born on May 23, 1954, in Tampa, Florida, to the parentage of A. D. Mosley, Sr. and Sarah Crawford Mosley. Al was educated in the Hillsborough County Public School System and was a 1972 graduate of C. Leon King High School.
Al was honorably discharged from the U. S. Army after serving 8 years. Upon leaving the U. S. Army, he joined the workforce, ul- timately becoming an Entrepre- neur and opened A. D. Commercial Services, LLC.
Mr. Mosley was preceded in death by: his father, A. D. Mosley, Sr.; beloved mother, Sarah Mosley; grandmother, Lillie Crawford and brother, Thomas B. Ramsey, Jr.
Al leaves to cherish memories of him with: 3 brothers, Ralph (Tracey) of Union, TN, Michael Mosley (Sherry) and Jerry Mosley (Aimee) of Tampa, FL; 6 sisters, Shirley Thomas (Alfonso), Sylvania Jackson, Carzette Mosley, Sarah L. Mosley, Anna Willingham (Milton) and Jakinia Mosley, all of Tampa, FL; a host of nephews, nieces and cousins; dedicated caregivers, Alana Perry, Deborah Thomas and Priscilla Perry; the Sun City Hos- pice House Staff, the Williams fam- ily and other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, September 18, 2020, at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, from 3 – 8 p. m. MRS. INELL GLORIA RONEY
Mrs. Inell Gloria Roney peace- fully departed this life at her home in Garysburg, NC on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.
A viewing will be held at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, on Friday, Sep- tember 18, 2020, from 11 – 11:30 a. m. A Private Graveside Celebration Service will follow.
Mrs. Inell Gloria Roney, daugh- ter of the late Jerry M. and Estella Lewis Allen, was born on February 20, 1924 in Lugoff, South Carolina.
She was educated in the Tampa, Florida School System and graduated from George Middleton High School in 1942. In that same year, June 23, 1942, she married Samuel J. Roney in Tampa, Florida, and their union was blessed with six wonderful chil- dren.
In 1943, Inell and Sam moved to Baltimore, Maryland where she earned her Certification as Li- censed Practical Nurse and worked in the field for more than 29 years. She and her husband reared their family in Baltimore for 40 years be- fore returning to the Tampa Bay area after retiring.
Inell dedicated her life to serv- ing God in the Church of Christ Ministries. She was a devoted worker at the Central Church of Christ in Baltimore, Maryland for over 40 years. While at Central, she served alongside her husband, Samuel Roney, Sr., teaching per- sonal work classes, attending and participating in lectureships, dili- gently bringing souls to Christ. Inell continued this important work after moving back to the Tampa Bay area, serving the 29th Street and the Laura Street Church of Christ.
Inell and Sam were happily married for 64 years until his death in 2006. She moved to Garysburg, North Carolina in 2011 to be with family. She continued to serve God as a member of the Roanoke Rapids Church of Christ until her health prevented her to do so.
Inell Gloria Roney leaves to cherish memories of her beautiful life with: three sons, Jerry L. Roney (Mary), Baltimore, MD, Michael A. Roney (Starlette) of Tampa, FL and Stephen D. Roney of Baltimore, MD; two daughters, Brenda J. Mur- phy (Calvin) of Baltimore, MD and Lonese E. Rook (Grover) of the home; seven grandsons, Samuel J. Roney, III (Gwendolyn), Jerry L. Roney, Jr. (Dena), Thomas N. Pointer (Himida), David A. Pointer, Reginald Roney (Jen- nifer), G. Bradley Rook and Bren- ton Roney; seven granddaughters, Rachel Godsey, Tracey Roney, Ter- resa Lake, Robyn Bomar (Damon), Sierra Stewart, Brenee Roney and Adrienne Roney; twenty-seven, great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren; sister- in-law, Kozuko Lewis and a host of other relatives and many friends.

MR. HOWARD SCOTT
A Private Celebration of Life service will be held for Mr. Howard Scott, who passed on September 10, 2020.
Mr. Howard Scott was born on August 30, 1925 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the parentage of Henry and Agnes Scott.
Howard served in the U. S. Army from 1942-1953 and was highly decorated. He served as an Infantry Rifleman, was a Prisoner of War and Battlefield Commis- sioner. He received the Congres- sional Medal of Honor, Bronze Star, Purple Heart with 2 Clusters and POW 1951 in Korea. He was honor- ably discharged in 1953 ranked as Second Lieutenant.
Mr. Scott was preceded in death by: his parents, Agnes and Henry Scott; a special friend, Lena Bell (Jane) Bryant; sisters, Thelma Maxey and Vera Park; half brother, Haywood Scott and half sister, Hazel Scott.
He leaves to cherish memories of him with: 6 children, Gloria McMillan, Willie C. Bryant, Annie Pearl Bryant, Lamar Bryant, Brenda Bryant and Randolph Bryant; his grandchildren, Pollynesia (Lee) Green, Shawnesia Bryant, Clarence (Cassandra) McMillan, Jr., Ralph Jr. Garmon, Lamar (Christina) Bryant Jr., Xavier Bryant, Kevin Woodard, Steven (Bree) McMillan, Derrick (Wendy) Woodard, Cierra (Webster) Williams, Chereece Bryant, Sedrick (Renee) Bryant and Natalie (Kenneth) Bryant-

MR. MARCUS ALEX WILLIAMS
Mr. Marcus Alex Williams passed away on August 28, 2020 in Orlando, Florida, where he resided at the time of his untimely death.
Mr. Marcus Alex Williams was born at MacDill Air Force Base Hos- pital in Tampa, Florida on April 26, 1988. He also was a resident of St. Petersburg, Florida.
Marcus attended Bay Vista Ele- mentary, later he moved and at- tended Lake Wood Elementary. As Marcus grew into his teens, he at- tended Dixie Hollins High School and later moved to Washington State, where he attended Hazen High School, and Santori High School in Seattle, Washington, where he graduated in 2007. He also played semi-pro football.
Marcus was employed by Mervyn’s Department Store in Seat- tle, Washington in the sales depart- ment. Mr. Williams’ father retired from the Military and they moved to Orange Park, Florida, where Mar- cus was employed by UPS of Jack- sonville, FL.
Marcus later attended and grad- uated from the National Aviation Academy located in Clearwater, Florida. After his graduation he was employed as a Flight Mechanic at the Jacksonville International Air- port. At the time of his passing, he was employed with Spirit Airlines located in Orlando, Florida as an Aircraft Technician. He absolutely loved his profession.
Marcus liked adventurous activ- ities such as jet skiing, fishing, camping, riding his motorcycle, and other outdoor activities.
Marcus leaves to cherish mem- ories of him with great joy, true pas- sion, compassion and love: his children, April Williams and Mar- cus Williams, Jr. (MJ); parents, Shirley Ann Hawkins and Alvin Austin Williams Jr.; stepmother, Iris Vasquez; brothers, Lamont (Stephanie) Williams, Terrance (Leticia) Williams and Aaron Clark; step- brothers and siblings, Frank De Leon, Giovanni De Leon and Em- manuel De Leon; several aunts and uncles; 4 nephews, Darien, Devon, Deon and Terrence, Jr.; niece, Aaliyah; and a host of other rela- tives and friends.
