AIKENS
MR. AARON LEROY HELMS
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Aaron Leroy Helms, of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2021, will be held on Saturday, May 29th at 12:30 p. m. at Aikens Fu- neral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Tampa, FL 33610, Pastor Delvin Lawson, of- ficiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Aaron Leroy Helms was born January 16, 1983, in Tampa, Florida to Billy D. and Mary L. Helms. He was a 2001 graduate of Blake High School. While at- tending high school he also played football for Blake High School. He was employed by the International Longshoremen’s Association. Leroy loved, laughed and lived life to the fullest; always keeping family and friends close. He was a lov- ing son, a loyal brother, and a dedicated father. He always en- couraged his daughter, Arra- vane’t “Lala” Helms, with these words, “If you believe it, she can achieve it and the sky was a mile- stone to go beyond.”
He was preceded in death by: grandparents, Lula Mae Helms and Grover Helms; paternal and maternal grandparents, Fannie Mae Reynolds-Edwards and Tim- onthy Calhoun.
He leaves to cherish his pre- cious memories with: his beloved daughter Arravane’t “Lala” Helms; loving parents, Billy D. and Mary Helms; brothers, De- wayne Helms (Sheila), Billy J. Helms, Derrick Helms (Denika), Gary Helms (Valerie); sisters, Betina L. Helms and Sheena Helms. Also, a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home two hours prior to service Saturday, May 29th from10a.m.to12p.m.The family will receive guests at this time. The services are being con- ducted in accordance with CDC guidelines at limited capacity; so service will also be livestreaming via Aikens Funeral Home web- site. The family and friends are asked to meet at chapel on Satur- day for the service; we are fol- lowing the CDC guidelines.

MRS. MARJORIE JUDGE THOMPSON
A Memorial Celebration for Mrs. Marjorie Judge Thompson of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on, Monday, May 17, 2021 will be held on Thursday, May 27th, 6:30 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Mrs. Elizabeth Scott, offici- ating.
Marjorie Judge Thompson was born August 13, 1947 in Tampa, Florida, to the late Wallace and Ruby Judge. She enjoyed shop- ping, eating with family, day trips, long distance driving, collecting records, dancing, and listening to music.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; brother, William Judge and sister, Aletha Pearson Judge.
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories with: her loving daughter, Dana Judge; grand- daughter, Kelani Phelps; brother, Raymond Judge; aunts, Rosaline Judge and Gwendolyn Smith; un- cles, Russell Judge and Herbert Bolen; nieces, Francina Pearson, Dedra Rogers, Sherri Judge and Terri Judge; nephews, Jason Judge, William “Billy” Judge, Jr. and Darryl Pearson; cousins, Ardrea Cannedy, Ophelia Bolen, Nia Bolen-Daniels, and Michael Hip’pard; great- niece, Ashante Judge; family friends, Catelia Yorker, June Lake, Debbie Garcia and Petra McCray; close friends, Yvonne Wright, Bar- bara Monroe, Ida Mae Smith, and Janice Patterson.

MRS. JOSELYN PAMELA WALKER SAFFORE
The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Joselyn Pamela Walker Saffore, who passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at 2 p. m., at Allen Temple A. M. E. Church, 2101 N. Lowe St., Rev. Glenn B. Dames, pastor, with Rev. R. J. Stevenson, officiating. The interment will be held in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Joselyn was born Febru- ary 14, 1958 in Marion, South Car- olina to Vivian Johnson. Joselyn was educated in Hillsborough County, attending Meacham, Monroe and Tampa Bay Tech High School, graduating with the class
of 1976.
Joselyn was a member of the
Historic St. Paul A. M. E. Church, downtown Tampa, and in later years New St. Paul AME Church, where she had served as an usher, YPD and lifelong member of the Women’s Missionary Society (WMS). At the time of her passing she was the West Coast Confer- ence WMS president.
Joselyn was preceded in death by: her mother, Vivian R. John- son; her aunts, Evelyn B. Johnson and Ann Jackson; her cousin, Kathy Harris Johnson Reeves.
Joselyn is survived by: her children, Donnetta C. Walker, Devin C. Walker, Donald J. Walker, Jr. (Chrisonna Chester), Joselyne’ A. Saffore and Shavon Clark Harris (Derrick); grandchil- dren, Jor’Dayn I. Walker Larry, JayDunn I. Walker Larry, Bianca D. Walker, La’Deviya “M. J.” Gilbert, Ja’Daya A. Walker Saf- fore, Donald J. A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Wanda White of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 will be held on Saturday, May 29th at 10 a. m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Rev. James Anderson, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Wanda “Sista” Campbell J. White was born on July 09, 1948 in Live Oak, Florida. She re- ceived her education in Hillsbor- ough County School System. Wanda worked a variety of jobs.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Mack Campbell Sr. and mother, Annie Mae Bai- ley Campbell; sisters, Elsie Mae Campbell, Daisy L. Moore, Gloria D Williams, and Larvette E Jor- dan. Wanda was a very loving giving, free hearted person. She was a realistic and kept it real with you. She loved her Redman tobacco and scratch off lottery tickets. She was loved by her neighbors and community. She will truly be missed by all includ- ing her two favorite dogs Princess and Pooch. Wanda was a carrier for Florida Sentinel for several years. She is survived by husband, Willie White; daughter, Sandra (Antonio); son, Bernard; granddaughter, Tichinia; great granddaughters, Skylas and An- drea Flager; sisters, Shirley An- derson and Juanita James; brothers, Mack Campbell, Joe Campbell, Benny Campbell, Catherin Earnest Campbell, Ver- non Campbell (Beryl), Eugene Campbell, and Curtis Jordan. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and the members of the Bailey family. As well as special friends, Ms. Dot, Ethel, Ms. Sharon, Tracy, Sarah Baker, Verola, Ms. Lina Mae, Andrea Flager, and Maxine Carter; goddaughter, Vicki Hopps (Vincent).

Mrs. Ivery Marie Jackson was born on February 23, 1955, to Clem Salter and Dorothy Kitchen Burgess. She was raised in Tampa, Florida, where she at- tended Middleton High School and was a retired housekeeper.
Ivery was preceded in death by: her parents; daughters, Dionne Jackson and Chaquella Jackson; sister, Annette Sweet; brothers, Rudolph Salter, Charles Salter, and Richard Salter.
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories with: her loving husband Moses Wilcox; daugh- ter, Mahalia Jackson (Chuck); sons, Moses Wilcox, Jr. (Renee) and Stephen Newsome; sisters, Linda Benton and Christine Bon- ner (John); grandchildren, Zam- bria Jackson, Brandon Thomas, Chuckqae Thomas, Jasir Thomas, Zamyria Newsome, Trenton Grier, Treyvaris Wilcox, Aubri- anna Wilcox, and Alexis Wilcox; great granddaughter, Alaiyah Sutherland and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
