Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners, Health Care Services Department, invites outside agencies and organizations providing Early Intervention Services, Mental Health Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling and Housing Assistance services funding for HIV+ clients in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties to submit Applications for funding under the Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America - Ryan White HIV/AIDS Programs. Services must be provided in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.

Electronically submitted RFA's must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, June 22, 2021, by the Health Care Services Department (Ryan White Program), Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners, via electronic submission to Arnolda@HCFLGov.net. RFA documents are available on the Hillsborough County, Health Care Services Website located at: http://www.hillsboroughcounty.org/en/residents/social-services/health-care-plan/ryan-white-rfa Hillsborough County reserves the right to reject any or all applications.
