According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, police began investigating Timothy Wayne Tuttle, 27, in January this year. In both instances, the ju- veniles independently initi- ated contact with Tuttle through social media. At the time, Tuttle was 25 and the victims were ages 14 and 15.

A 44-year-old man was ar- rested after he reportedly stabbed three of his co-work- ers. Police said the incident took place in the kitchen of a local restaurant.
According to police, shortly after 2:30 p.m., Xiaofu Feng was working in the kitchen at the Peking Chinese Restaurant, 6936 N. 56th Street when he realized his cell phone was missing. He reportedly ac- cused the chef, Qing Zheng, of taking his cell phone.
