West Tampa Community Resource Center, 2103 N. Rome Ave., Tampa, FL, will be openfrom9A.M.to5P.M. daily, Monday through Friday. It will offer COVID-19 testing, adult and Pfizer pediatric vac- cinations, Pfizer booster shots, and antibody therapy treat- ment. Walk-ins accepted.
In accordance with federal guidelines, health insurance information will be collected; however, individuals who do not have health insurance will still be tested. People being tested should bring a photo ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport) with name and date of birth, as well as their health insurance card (if applicable).
