NOTICE OF SECOND PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING THE 2020 FISCAL YEAR/2019 PLAN YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
The City Council of the City of Tampa will hold a Public Hearing concerning the FY2020/2019 Action Plan for Housing and Community Development Programs, at 5:30 P.M., on May 23, 2019, thereafter as or as soon practicable, at City Council Chambers, Third Floor, City Hall, 315 East Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida.
The Purpose of this Public Hearing shall be to:
1) Present information concerning the Proposed Draft of the FY 2020 Action Plan, Statement of Community Development Objectives and Projected Use of Funds.
2) Obtain the views and comments of citizens concerning the Proposed Draft FY 2020 Action Plan. The draft documents will be made available on
May 23, 2019. Public Comment period shall begin May 23, 2019 and end June 30, 2019.
3) The documents may be viewed on line at http://www.tampagov.net/housing-and-community-development/info/h-c-d-documents. The documents can also be viewed at the Housing and Community Development office located at 4900 W. Lemon Street, Tampa, FL 33609.
4) Afford to any person or organization the opportunity to be heard in connection with the proposed Action Plan.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to participate in the Public Hearing should contact the City Clerk’s office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of the Public Hearing.
