Man Shot While At Ybor City Bar
Teenage Siblings Charged In Valrico Murder

Two Tampa teenagers were taken into custody last week and charged in connec- tion with a murder. The crime took place in 4000 block of Fontana Place, in Valrico.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the lo- cation last Wednesday night. Detectives stated that the unidentified victim had ar- rived at the location in refer- ence to a drug transaction, around 10:30 p.m.
A witness told police that 15-year-old Madison Mc- Gall stood outside the vehi- cle talking to the victim. At some point, the two came to an agreement. The witness told police that at that time, instead of following through with the transaction, Madi- son McGall attempted to rob the victim. side of the vehicle, where the victim was sitting, raised a handgun, and fired one shot into the car, hitting the vic- tim.
After being hit by the gunfire, the victim attempted to drive toward Brandon Re- gional Hospital. A witness, who was inside the car, switched seats with the vic- tim and drove him to the hospital. The victim was pro- nounced dead on arrival.
Detectives linked the sib- lings to the murder by inves- tigative techniques and both were taken into custody the day after the murder.
Henry McGall, IV, was charged with first-degree murder while engaged in a robbery, robbery with a firearm causing great bodily harm or death.
Madison McGall was charged with first-degree murder while engaged in a robbery, burglary of an occu- pied vehicle, and robbery.

Detectives are investigat- ing a shooting that left a man injured last Wednesday morning. The shooting took place in front of the Reser- voir Bar, 1518 E. 7th Avenue.
According to the Tampa Police Department, the unidentified man was stand- ing in the Reservoir Bar, shortly after 1:30 a.m.
At approximately 1:42 a.m., an unidentified Black man is alleged to have pro- duced a gun and shot at him twice. The man was struck in his right hip and was trans- ported to Tampa General Hospital. He was listed in stable condition.

The shooting took place at the Reservoir Bar, 1518 E. 7th Avenue.
The suspect is described as being in his 20s and about 5’10” in height. The investi- gation is continuing.

A 30-year-old woman was arrested last week and charged with taking more than $100,000 in property from elderly victims. The theft took place of Aston Gardens at Tampa Bay, 12951 W. Linebaugh Avenue, in Westchase.
According to the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice, Ms. Michely Beth Fuentes Arriaga was em- ployed at the Assisted Living Facility as a cleaning lady. From January to October 27, 2020, Ms. Fuentes Ar- riaga is alleged to have stolen more than $100,000 worth of jewelry from elderly residents while cleaning their rooms. She pawned most of the items.
Detectives and Aston Gardens management were alerted to the thefts when a resident complained of miss- ing items and suspected Fuentes Arriaga of taking them. Through investigative measures, detectives deter- mined that Fuentes Ar- riaga had pawned more than 100 pieces of jewelry at a local pawn shop. The items included necklaces, rings, and bracelets, among other pieces.

Fuentes Arriaga was ar- rested and admitted to the thefts. She was taken into custody on five counts of grand theft, five counts of false information on a pawn- broker form, and five counts of dealing in stolen property.
Detectives and Aston Gardens management are working to recover the stolen property and return those items to their rightful own-

DONTAVIUS WILLIAMS
Detectives have issued a warrant for a Tampa man on first-degree murder charges. He is accused of a murder that took place in September.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, the murder took place on the afternoon of September 20, 2020. The victim was fatally injured while on Fountain Mist Drive, in the Cooper’s Pond Apartments Complex.
Law enforcement is cur- rently searching for 19-year- old Dontavius Williams. Williams was last seen in the area of W. Hillsborough Av- enue and N. Himes. He is be- lieved to be potentially armed.
When taken into custody, he will be charged with first- degree murder with a firearm, police said.
