AIKENS
MRS. JEANENE BARNES
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Jeanene Barnes of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018, will be held Saturday, August 18th, 2 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Rev. Michael Neeley, officiat- ing. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Jeanene Barnes was born September 14, 1958 in Tampa. She attended the local schools of Hillsborough County. Jeanene enjoyed cooking, dancing, laughing and having family cookouts.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Levonia Rig- gins, Sr. and aunts, Eva Mae Cole, Ruth Walker; and uncle, Robert Walker.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories with: her sons, Freddick, Cedrick and Antwan; grandchildren, Freddricka, Cekwan, Tykwan, Ja’Niya, Fredrick, Niya, Dar- rell and Ta’Ki; mother, Fan- nie Mae Riggins; brothers, Levonia, Jr., Demetris and Alonzo; sisters, Consuola, Phyliss and Jacquelyn; a host of uncles, nieces and nephews; cousins like sisters, Linda, Cilla, Wanda, Tangy and Willie; daughter-in-law, Simone Blue; good friend, Carrie and a host of other rel- atives and friends that will truly miss her.
The visitation will be at Aikens Funeral Home on Sat- urday, one hour prior to the service. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.

MS. CATHERINE LOUISE (HAGINS) BYRD
Ms. Catherine Louise (Ha- gins) Byrd of Tampa, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service for Ms. Catherine on Saturday, August 18 at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Av- enue, with Elder Norman L. G. Flowers, Sr. Pastor of Val- rico Word of God Ministries, officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time (1 p. m. until service time).
Ms. Catherine Louise (Ha- gins) Byrd was a native of Portal, Georgia, and a resi- dent of Tampa for 48 years, where she worked as a Nurse’s Assistant and Social Worker for Hillsborough County. Catherine, affection- ately known as “Cat” or “Cathy” enjoyed listening to music, spending time with her children, grandchildren, along with other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her father, John Dose Ha- gins; mother, Mary Ella Ha- gins; and son, John D. Hagins.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, James Hagins, Sr. (Connie) of Col- orado Springs, CO and Andre Hagins of El Paso, TX; two daughters, Loria Lisa Flowers (Norman) and Tabitha Jones, both of Tampa, FL; three cousins, who were like sis- ters, Judy McCray (Bernard), Dolores Cox and Allene Dock; fourteen grandchildren, Kia Flowers, Alysia Augustine (David), Norman Flowers, Jr., Jawaan Hagins, James Hagins, Jr., Kierra Burton, Vania Flowers, Kiana Burton, Elijah-James Hagins, Noah- Jacob Hagins, Jannie Hagins, Hannah Hagins, Jordon Solis Hagins, and Kalani Floyd; three great-grandchildren, Keiturah Hagins, King Isaiah Hagins, and Avery Heidi Ha- gins; nieces, Lorane Baxter and family, Siccora Bradley and family, and Charlonda Williams and family; nephews, Collie Cox and fam- ily, James Dock and family, and John Dock and family; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Carlos Byron Smith was born in Tampa, Florida on June 10, 1979 to the parent- age of Corlis B. Wheeler and the late Dale B. Smith. He at- tended the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of King Senior High School, Class of 1997. He was a member of Word of His Grace Christian Fellowship, where he was the Musician.
There will be a viewing on Friday August 17, 2018, from 5–8p.m.withthefamily present to receive friends from 7 – 8 p. m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida.
Friends are asked to as- semble at the church on Sat- urday at approximately 1:45 p. m. for the service.

A Homegoing Service for Mrs. Sara Ann Wright of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, will be held on Satur- day, August 18th, 11 a. m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Apostle James H. Howell, Senior Pas- tor of Cathedral of Faith, Inc., officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Ceme- tery.
Sara was born on October 21, 1933 in Quincy, Florida, to the late James Wright, Sr. and Essie Mae Robinson. Sara was a member of Cathe- dral of Faith Church. She loved working at Boy Scouts of America Organization and spending time with her church family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Luke; parents, James, Sr. and Essie Wright; daughters, Theresa Wright, Sharon Wright and Carolyn Wright; son, David Wright; brother, James Wright; and sisters, Jimmie Lee Bellamy and Willie Mae Caradine.
