MRS. SHEILA KAYE ANDERSON
Mrs. Sheila Kaye Anderson of Tampa, passed away March 26, 2015, in a local hospital.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, April 4, 2015, at 11 a. m. at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, 4025 West Palmetto St., pastor, Reverend Anthony W. Greene, with Rev- erend Wallace Z. Bowers, offici- ating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Sheila was a native of Tampa, and a resident of Tampa most of her life. She re- ceived Jesus Christ as her per- sonal Savior and attended St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church. She was an active member of the Senior Choir, the Church Clerk, President of The Women Mission, Co-Youth Director, Vice President of W. I. A. Congress #1, member of The Outreach Ministry, Sun- day School Superintendent and a member of Karos Prison Ministries. She was employed in the order fulfillment at Ama- zon.com Center in Ruskin, FL.
Her father, Earnest Sims Sr. and sister, Veronica Marie Sims, preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Nathan Anderson; two children, Rosalie (NeeCee) Harper (Gregory) of Rocky Mountain, SC, and Ken- neth Anderson (Kianda) of Jacksonville, SC; 7 grandchil- dren, 5 boys and 2 girls; mother, Delores Sims; 3 sisters, Elouise Dupree, Gloria Williams, and Nancy Johnson; special niece, Lisa Harris Jones (Everette) of St. Pete, FL; 4 brothers, Wayne F. Sims (Jerrell Ann) of Atlanta, GA, Barry Sims (Angie) of Mon- roe, NC, Ernest Sims, Jr. (Alice) of Tallahassee, FL, and Cecil Sims (Terry) of Edmond, OK; 2 sisters-in-law, Shirley Lanier (Williams), and Helen White of Indianapolis, IN; 7 nieces, Nee- keesha Griffin (Jay), Delilah Yant-Holley (Arthur), Latonya Bennett, Veronica Declet (Joe), Natalie Johnson, Lakingya Williams and Tiffany Sims; 10 nephews, Warren Williams (Stephanie), Daryl Williams, Michael Gibson, Gregory Williams (Shannon), Juaquin Sims (Marina), Ernie Sims, III (Brooke), Marcus Sims, Wayne Sims, Jr., Myles Sims and Richard Sims; 6 aunts, Jo Nor- ton (Willie), Francis Johnson (Willie James), Jacquelyn Luke, Sharron Jackson (Lawrence), Patricia Luke and Cynthia Luke; 3 uncles, John Henry Luke (Loretta), Willie Luke (Ada), and Ulyssee (Tony) Luke (Diane); and a host of grand- nieces, grandnephews, great- grand nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbors and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m., Friday, April 3, 2015, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave.; and the family hour will be from 6-7 p. m.

MR. STEVEN LLOYD KINCHLOW
Mr. Steven Lloyd Kinchlow went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 30, 2015, at Kindred Central Hospital, Tampa.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, April 4, 2015, at 2 p. m. at Springhill Mission- ary Baptist Church, 8119 East Martin Luther King, Jr. Boule- vard, with Reverend Eugene Garnett, pastor, officiating.
Steven Lloyd Kinchlow was born May 26, 1952, in New Or- leans, Louisiana. He was one of five sons born to the late Hezekiah Kay Kinchlow and the late Gloria Yvette Story.
Steven grew up in Los Ange- les County, California, where he attended public school, graduating from Manuel Arts High.
Later in life, he moved to Tampa, where he has resided for 28 years. He was employed as a truck driver for Hill’s Pet and Nutrition, from which he retired after twenty-one years of dedicated service.
Those left to cherish fond and precious memories are: his loving and devoted wife of many years, Harriet Kinchlow; two sons, Steven Kinchlow, Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Eric (Shana) Richardson of Largo, FL; step-father, Robert Montgomery of Chicago, Illinois; two brothers, Clinton and Glenn Kinchlow of Los Angeles, California; and sister, Katrina Montgomery of Chicago, Illinois; grandchil- dren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. .

Richard Lee Newton of Tampa, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, April 4, 2015, at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Me- morial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Richard Newton was a na- tive of Tampa, and attended Van Buren Middle School in Hillsborough County. Newton aspired to be a rapper and to complete school. He also played for the Buccaneers Youth Football Team.
He was preceded in death by: his grandfather, Michael Willis; great-grandparents, Julia Thomas and Clarence Winston; aunts, Junetha Gib- son, Catherine Daniels and Ruby Bowles Broughton Mott; uncles, Willie Gibson and Charlie Gibson; and cousins, Samia Simms and D’Angelou Jackson.

MR. KENNETH LEE STEPHENS
Mr. Kenneth Lee Stephens of Odessa, FL, passed away Fri- day, March 27, 2015.
Funeral services will be con- ducted on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at 11 a. m. at Bible-Based Fellowship Church, 4811 Ehrlich Road, with Rev. An- thony C. White, pastor, offici- ating. The family will host a reception immediately follow- ing the service.
Mr. Ken Stephens was a res- ident of Tampa, for 39 years. He attended Dillard High School in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, where he earned a scholarship to attend Norfolk State College in Norfolk, VA, majoring in So- ciology, and achieving success of the football field.
Ken was a founding member of Bible-Based Fellowship Church. Ken was an Insurance Agent and was employed with Allstate Insurance Company for 41 years.
Left to cherish fond and lov- ing memories are: his wife, Mrs. Charlotte Stephens; chil- dren, Kenneth B. MR. VANDER BERNARDO WILLIAMS
Mr. Vander Bernardo Williams, 54, a native of Tampa, passed away suddenly on March 21, 2015.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, April 4, 2015, at 11 a. m. at Paradise Mission- ary Baptist Church, 1112 East Scott Street, with Reverend Frank Williams, pastor, offici- ating. Interment will take place in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
Mr. Williams was born to the union of Rev. and Mrs. Frank and Betty J. Williams on April 10, 1960. He experienced his Christian conversion at an early age. Vander was a graduate of the Hillsborough County Public School System, graduating from Robinson High School in 1977. HeservedintheU.S.Armyasa Medical Supply Specialist from 1977-1980. He and his bride, Tina, were in the process of re- locating to Valdosta, GA, at the time of his death.
Vander enjoyed fishing and reading religious literature from the various television ministries he supported. He was a loving husband, a proud father, and a grandfather.
One brother, Gregory Adol- phus Lewis; and a sister, Van- della Nicole Williams-Johnson, preceded him in death.
Vander leaves behind to cherish his memory: his de- voted and loving wife, Tina Marie Williams; his loving and devoted children: daughter, Ebony Williams and 3 step-sons, Eric Van Wise (Rhonisha), Dar- rious Jamarquis Wise and Tiron L’Trell Wise, all of Tampa; his parents, Rev.
