  Starbucks Will Close 8,000 Company Stores For Bias Training

Starbucks says it will close its 8,000 company-owned stores in the United States for one afternoon to educate em- ployees about racial bias.
The announcement fol-
lows an uproar over the arrest of two black men who were waiting for a friend at a Philadelphia Starbucks last week. The store manager called the police.
   Young Mom Being Held Hostage By Ex, Live Streams Her Murder
SHREVEPORT, LA — A Louisiana mom-of-three streamed her death on Face- book Live after reportedly being taken hostage by her crazed ex- boyfriend. According to PEO- PLE, Rannita Williams, 27, was being held against her will last Thursday by ex-boyfriend, Johnathan Robinson, 36, when she started broadcasting live on the social media site.
Shreveport Police state that the footage shows Robinson pacing back and forth and ad- dressing Williams in an ag- gressive and threatening manner.
The young woman is seen in the footage apologizing to Robinson, but it remains un- clear what she was apologizing for. Investigators have yet to discuss a possible motive for the killing.
The footage shows Williams speaking to the cam- era with Robinson in the background yelling about fame.
“Everybody wanna be fa- mous. I’m gonna make you fa- mous,” he says, walking in and out of the picture.

Five people were taken into custody during a drug bust. Po- lice also confiscated marijuana with a street value of $480,000.
Detectives recovered a total of 44 marijuana plants, along with 6 pounds of processed marijuana. Tampa Electric re- sponded and located illegal elec- tric connections at four of the five locations. The total value of electricity stolen was $12,247.
According to police, the in- dividuals arrested and their charges are:
Yadir Rey Rodriguez, 19, of Valrico, was charged with grand theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, owning, leasing or renting for purpose of traf- ficking, manufacturing of mari- juana, and trafficking in marijuana.
Meliza Tenreiro, 19, of Valrico, was charged with grand theft, possession of drug para- phernalia, owning, leasing or renting for purpose of traffick- ing, manufacturing of mari- juana, and trafficking in marijuana.
Tamara Rodriguez Ramos, 44, of Valrico, was charged with grand theft, pos-
  mous.

Robinson allegedly started shooting. Williams, also called NuNu by friends and was also being told by her cap- tor to apologize. No explanation is given for the apology.
The man, then opens a door and fires six shots -- four in rapid succession followed by a pause between two more.
Williams shouts, "Stop Johnathan" as her phone falls to the floor face up and points to a vent on the ceiling.
Then a man in shadow is seen pointing a long-barreled gun. He fires three times in an outward direction. A fourth shot appears to be toward the
floor.
"Now, b****, game over,"
says the man. "Game over, b****," he repeats before pick- ing up the phone.
He then barricaded himself inside the house before surren- dering. After that is when the woman was rushed to Univer- sity Health Hospital with life- threatening injuries.
Family members left the shooting scene, too, and went to the hospital. They began leaving as word reached them that Williams died.
Her accused killer was ar- rested on domestic violence charges during an eerily similar incident in 2015 that involved another woman.

37, of Valrico, was charged with manufacturing marijuana, pos- session of marijuana with the intent to sell, grand theft, traf- ficking in marijuana, owning, leasing or renting for purpose of trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
