Cy passed away last month when he suffered a massive heart at- tack. He was 49. On Friday, December 23rd, a Memo- rial Service, attended by a gathering of friends and family, was held at Coney’s Funeral Home in Lakeland. Craig’s touching life re- flections of his brother, Cy brought forth both tears and laughter. The Old Tes- tament Scripture (Psalm 9:1-10) was read by Lake- land City Commissioner Phillip Walker (uncle of the deceased). Words of Comfort were rendered by Cy’s father, Bishop Smith.
