PORT TAMPA BAY
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. Q-003-20 OUTSIDE COUNSEL – REAL ESTATE / LAND USE
The Tampa Port Authority, d/b/a Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms/individuals inter- ested in providing legal services as outside counsel, representing and counseling PTB regarding real estate and land use matters.
All interested firms will obtain a copy of the solicitation instruc- tions and submittal documents and submit a completed response to Port Tampa Bay, 1101 Channelside Drive, 4th Floor, Tampa, FL 33602. Submittals are due by 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 5, 2019, and will be opened at the same time and date.
There will be no pre-qualification conference for this procure- ment.
All responses to the RFQ shall include a letter indicating the Firm’s interest and completion of the RFQ Documents, including a Vendor’s Questionnaire. Firms failing to submit the required RFQ Documents may be deemed non-responsive. The RFQ is available through the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com) or through a link on PTB web site (www.porttb.com).
PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the responses.

Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (THEA) is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from an individual or firm in a consulting role to represent THEA’s interests during the pre-construction and construction phases for THEA’s Traffic Management Center renovation.
The complete Instructions and Submittal Documents are available through the DemandStar System (www.demand- star.com) or through an email request to Man.Le@tampa- xway.com. FIRMS THAT OBTAIN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR OR THEA ARE CAUTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE.
