Allen Temple AME Church ‘Harlem Night Christmas Ball’
Allen Temple AME Church held its Harlem Night Christmas Ball at the Tampa Club. The Gatsby Affair event was well attended. (Photos by Lomax McIntyre)
The Rev. Dr. Glenn Dames and Mrs. Jennifer Dames dressed the part.
Chairperson Cynthia Cochran and Celeste Judge, co-chair, spearheaded the event.
Rev. Dwight and Mrs. Artest Newkirk, Pastor and First Lady of St. John Cathedral were among the guests.
Henry “Shake” Washington, seated, Hattie Byrd White and Cheryl Washington were dressed to impress for the evening.
