The Bid Package will include the following scopes of work Threshold Testing, Pedestrian Logistics, Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Ornamental Metals, Millwork, Spray Fire Proofing & Insulation, Waterproofing, Metal Wall Panels, Roofing, Glass and Glazing Curtain Wall, Drywall, Metal Panel & Lay in Ceiling, Flooring, Resinous Floor, Terrazzo Floor, Paints & Coatings, Elevators & Escalators, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Site Development, Landscaping & Irrigation, Deep Foundation, and Building Specialties.
Hensel Phelps invites all WMBE, prime and subcontractors to join the Interested Vendors List and be invit- ed to Pre-Qualify for bidding opportunities. The project web- site http://tpacurbside.henselphelps.com will provide the link to Building Connected to join the list. The website will also list announcements and associated dates regarding the Main Terminal Curbside Expansion Project.
Hensel Phelps is committed to exceeding HCAA’s WMBE goals on the project. Goals will be established for each scope of work to maximize WMBE participation.
