A Miracle Of Miracles
eople whisper about it. The news media picks it
up, and Facebook carries its pictures all over the iPhone screen. But a few of us even get close to a per- sonal miracle of the century. When we or someone we know gives birth to a baby on or around Christmas Day, OMG!
So, would you know just the other day, one of our subscribers informed us that he and his beloved, Vi- vian, are expecting a child on or right after Christmas Morning.
His announcement immediately set up a series of conundrums -- what should we get the newborn baby, for a birthday present or Christmas gift, or both? If it’s a boy, should we call him “Jesus”...? If it’s a girl, should we name her “Mary?”
Furthermore, does the fact “Jesus” or “Mary” will be delivered at a modern hospital and not in a manger? Does it detract from the traditional part of the Christ- mas story?
With so much evil and confusion in the world, just before New Year’s Day, we thought we’d bring you something to smile about: A child was born in Tampa, on or after Christmas Day. Call him or her Jesus, Mary or a little boy called Kairo.
Have An Attitude Of Gratitude In 2020
”Let no foul or polluting language come out of your mouth.”
Ephesians 4:29
Your words can pollute or purify.
If you constantly complain, you release poison into your life.
Complaining is not based on your circumstances; it’s based on the attitude of your heart.
If you keep the right attitude during your time of adversity, God will honor you.
When you have a heart full of gratitude, it leaves no room for complaining.
There is always something to thank God for, no matter what kind of adversity you have in your
life.Start by thanking Him for giving you life and salvation.
Thank Him for the air you breathe and the sunsets you enjoy.
Thank Him for the Promise in His Word that no matter where you are in life, He is leading, guid-
ing and prospering you.
Decide TODAY to live a life of thanksgiving.
Don’t allow the poison of complaint to prevent you from receiving all God has for you! Live in joy, love, and with gratitude!
A new decade, a new day. Happy New Year!
