WASHINGTON
MRS. MARIE VALENTINE THOMAS-PARHAM
Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Valentine Parham, who entered into eternal rest on De- cember 13, 2017, will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 2 p. m. at St. James House Of Prayer Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Morris Parham, Sr.; her parents, Regi- nald and Hilda Thomas; 2 sis- ters, Lillie McCall and Josephine Pottinger; 3 broth- ers, Victor, James, and Albert Thomas.
Marie was born on Febru- ary 14, 1927 in Tampa, Florida to Reginald and Hilda Thomas. She graduated from Middleton High School. After graduation, she relocated to Newark, NJ. She worked as a Social Service Worker at United Community Corporation for many years. She was also employed at Essex County College where she worked in Food Services until she retired.
While she was there, she at- tended classes and received her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Elks. She loved bowl- ing and spending time with her family. After many years in New Jersey, she returned to Tampa.
Church was an important part of her life. She was a mem- ber of the St. James House of Prayer Episcopal Church.
She leaves to mourn her passing; her loving children Morris, Jr., Denise, Eddie, Gail Taylor (Roddrick); grandchil- dren, Antione, Haneefah Phelps (Jerome), Morris, III, Sirrom, Idris, Rashon, Rod- drick, Sophia Crittenden (Duriel); great-grandchildren, Najim Wilcox, Basheerah, De- sean, Siara, Sydnee, Morris Kal-el Parham, IV, Mare- nee’Kira, Sodoria; great-great grandchildren, Bentley and Janiya; brother, Timothy Thomas, Eugene Thomas, An- thony Washington, Sr.; sister, Louise Waiters. Marie also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her loss.
Visitation will be held Fri- day, December 22, 2017, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave., Tampa, FL, 33606 from 5 p. m. to 7 p. m.
On Saturday, family and friends are asked to assemble at St. James House of Prayer at 1:45 p. m. for funeral services.

Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Marie Angervil, who passed on December 13, 2017, will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 10 a. m. at Center For Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Av- enue, Tampa, Florida, Dr. Mark T. Jones, Sr., Pastor, with Pastor Roosevelt Cyrius, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Ms. Marie Angervil leaves to cherish memories of her with: children, Wilder Ulysse, Mari- alie Occeas, Marie Gustave; grandchildren, Wilderson Ulysse, Wilkendel Ulysse, Jefte Ulysse, Darby Occeas, Samuel Occeas, Danielle Occeas and Emmanuel Occeas; great- grandchildren, Giselle Orianna Ulysse, Anna Victoria Ulysse, Fabian Mauris Ulysse and Ezekiel Bryant Occeas; sister, Laisselie Hercule and other rel- atives and friends.
Ms. Marie Angervil was born on July 4, 1928 to the parentage of Okil Angervil and Theransia Phillip in La Gonave, Haiti. Ms. Angervil migrated to Venezuela in 1978 with her grandchildren and took care of them as her own. She later moved to the United States in 2004. Ms. Angervil accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was a member of Christian Assembly Church. She was a believer and loved God with all her heart.
Ms. Marie was a woman who loved to serve and was commit- ted to providing the best care and education for her children. She loved sewing, cooking, serv- ing people, especially her grand- children. Ms. Angervil loved to laugh. She leaves with us her caring heart and beautiful smile.
There will be a viewing on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, from 5 – 8 p. m.

SISTER JANICE SERETHA DULA
Homegoing Service for Sister Janice Seretha Dula, who went home to her Savior on December 12, 2017, will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017, at 11 a. m. at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 2002 N. Rome Avenue, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Dr. C. T. Kirkland, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Sister Dula was preceded in death by: her mother, Ollie Dula; father, Charlie Singleton; brother, Larry Dula; and sister, Valerie Dula.
She leaves to cherish memo- ries of her with: son, Myrick Dula; brothers, Russell Dula and Charles Dula; grandsons and daughters, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; cousins; a host of other relatives and friends.
Sister Janice Seretha Dula was born to Ms. Ollie Dula and Mr. Charlie Singleton June 15, 1961. She was a native and resi- dent of Tampa, Florida. Janice accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.
She attended Hillsborough County Schools. She was a grad- uate of Hillsborough Community College with an Associated De- gree in Human Services and Family Counseling. She was a faithful member of Mt. Pleasant M. B. Church. Sister Dula was employed at The Alpha House of Tampa. She performed volunteer work at multiple human services organizations in Tampa.
She was a member of the Pro- fessional Women Group, and Dress For Success of Tampa Bay. During her final days, she main- tained her faith in God and sense of humor with family and health care givers. She passed away at home with family. Some of her last words to her family were: “Cancer has knocked my lights out, but God is going to turn them back on.”

MRS. GWENDOLYN RUTH ‘MADEAR’ WILLIAMS WINGO
A Tribute of Love and Home- going Service for Mrs. Gwendolyn Ruth Williams Wingo, “Madear,” whose sunset was on December 15, 2017, will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017, at 11 a. m. at Pleasant Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, 2615 Chipco Street, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. James Crews, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by: her father and mother, Edward and Erma (Roundtree) Martin, Sr.; husband, James Arthur Wingo, Sr. (Nick); son, Reginald Williams (Frank); grandson, Donald Williams; brother-in-law, Robert Dennison; aunts, Helen Coard and Marnita Coard; uncle, Lawrence Coard.

Mrs. Gwendolyn was born in Tampa, FL on March 23, 1940, to the union of the late Edward Mar- tin Sr. and the late Erma Lee Roundtree Martin. Gwen, as she was affectionately called, married the late Willie P. Williams and to this union, 4 kids were born. She later met and married James Arthur Wingo, Sr. She was a faithful member of Pleasant Chapel A. M. E. Church of Tampa, FL. She was educated in the Hills- borough County Public Schools System. She retired from the Uni- versity Village Retirement Cen-
