   TAMPA HILLSBOROUGH EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY LETTER OF INTEREST (LOI)
SELMON SOUTH SAFETY PROJECT

Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) is soliciting LOI from qualified consultants to provide design build services. This project involves safety improvement involving filling and piping (where necessary) the existing median ditch and adding median pavement to provide wider inside shoulders and refuge lanes as well as a median barrier wall. Project limits are from Himes Avenue to Hyde Park Avenue of the Selmon
Expressway in Hillsborough County.

CONSULTANTS WHO OBTAIN THE LOI INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR OR THEA ARE CAUTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE.
Interested firms shall submit a completed Letter of Interest proposal package to the Authority, 1104 East Twiggs Street, Suite 300, 3rd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602. Proposals are due by the date and time specified in the LOI at which time all proposals received will be publicly opened. Firms failing to submit the required documents as outlined within the LOI Instructions and Submittal Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the LOI. THEA strongly encourages the solicitation and utilization of DBE firms and requires nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, sex and national origin in its contracting practices.
