 Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held by the Land Use Hearing Officer, pursuant to Hillsborough County Ordinance 92-05, beginning at 1:30 p.m.,
November 18, 2019 at the Board Room, 2nd floor of the County Center, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, to hear the following requests.
Copies of the applications, department reports and legal descriptions are available for public inspection in a master file maintained by the Development Services Department, the Board of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners. All interested persons wishing to submit testimony or other evidence in this matter must submit same to the Hearing Master at the public hearing before him/her. The recommendation of the Zoning
Hearing Master will be filed with the Clerk within fifteen (15) working days after the conclusion of the public hearing.
The review of the Zoning Hearing Master's recommendation by the Board of County Commissioners of Hillsborough County shall be restricted to the record
as defined in Hillsborough County Ordinance 92-05, unless additional evidence and/or oral argument is permitted pursuant to the terms of the ordinance.
ANY PERSON WHO MIGHT WISH TO APPEAL ANY DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION MADE BY THE ZONING HEARING MASTER OR THE GOVERNING BODY REGARDING ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THE FORTHCOMING PUBLIC HEARING OR MEETING IS HEREBY ADVISED THAT THEY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, THEY MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING IS MADE AS IT WILL INCLUDE THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH SUCH APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
