Ms. Cindy L. Moten earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in Education from East Central Uni- versity, Ada, Oklahoma, during their December 2018 Com- mencement Exercises.
Cindy also volunteered with several charitable organiza- tions, tutoring neighborhood elementary and high school stu- dents.
A native of Tampa, Cindy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold W. Rice. In addition, Cindy wishes to thank the fol- lowing people: her supportive and loving husband of 9 years, James M. Moten, Jr.; her sister, Christy L. Rice; and daughter, Zjoinea L. M. Former.
Cindy plans to pursue a career in Early Childhood Educa- tion.
