Saving Our Democracy In 2022
Blacks In The Bible 2022
Jesus’s genealogy” which in- clude Adam.
The question that I asked is, Could the mark that God placed on Cain have been the whiteness of skin?
The early century Italians have always known Jesus’s eth- nicity because Italian artists al- ways depicted the Madonna and Child as Black, and the Roman Catacombs show Bibli- cal scenes of people of color.
The paintings were made by 1st and 2nd century persecuted Christians.
Even though, we are a “church going” people, it’s amazing how little we know about the heritage of Jesus. After 2021 years, many of us do not know that Jesus was brown skinned. In spite of the fact that the PEW Research Cen- ter’s survey that showed Blacks read Scripture more regularly (54%) than Whites (32%) and Hispanics (38%), we tend not realize that the Bible is the story of Blacks and other multi- ethnic people of African de- scent.
In addition, Israel shared borders or proximity with Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, all countries with Brown people.
For your own enlighten- ment, I suggest that our read- ers get copies of Volume 1 and 2 of Blacks in the Bible, the African American Jubilee Edition of the Holy Bible, King James version, Rev. Walter McCray’s book, The Black Presence in the Bible, and Africans Who Wrote the Bible by Nana Banchie Darkwah. Africans and Africa in the Bible is an interesting reading as well.
Happy New Year and may your reading of the Bible be- come more meaningful to you in 2022.

As a child, I always won- dered what color was the dirt that God used to make Adam and Eve, because the dirt where I was raised was black. If I had been raised in Georgia, the dirt would have been rusty red and chalky white. How- ever, the Garden of Eden is be- lieved to have been in Africa. Indeed, most of the evidence of the origin of human beings has been found in African Coun- tries - Ethiopia, Egypt, Turkey, South Africa, Sudan, Arabia, Congo, Libya - Morocco and Australia, the Asia Pacific, Sri Lanka, and China.
Moreover, population genet- ics prove that modern day human beings migrated from somewhere in Central Africa. Having just celebrated the birth of Christ, I felt a second installment of Blacks in the Bible was overdue, because the Jesus’ birth I celebrated was that of a Brown baby. White dirt is rare! Sand is not dirt.
First of all, practically every country where archeological digs found human skeletons, tools and fossilized body parts of the oldest living humans was in countries of brown people from 300,000 years or longer.
Secondly, population genet- ics, the study of the changes in the genes (DNA) of a popula- tion and how they change geo- graphically over time can trace the origin of man.
Thirdly, the oldest (300,000 years) remains of “anatomi- cally” modern humans were found in Morocco in 2018.
Finally, the Bible mentions numerous African territories and cities – Egypt (500 times), Ethiopia, Babylon, Assyria, Libya, Alexandria, Cyrene, Canaan, Hebron, Cush, etc. Biblical characters who were probably Brown include Abra- ham, Moses, Nimrod, Ham, Zipporah, Hagar, Bathsheba, Joshua, King Solomon, Absalom, Ebed Melech, Queen of Sheba, Simon of Cyrene, and many others who were born in or lived in an African territory.
Finally, Mary and Joseph could only hide in a multicul- tural community where people of all ethnicities lived. Thus, the color of the Baby born to Mary was probably Brown.
It also helps to know that “the Middle East,” including the Holy land was connected to Africa until the Suez Canal was completed in 1859, and had been referred to as “North East Africa.”
One source described Adam as “swarthy dusky, reddish brown.” Referencing the linage of Jesus cited in Mathew 1:1-16 and Luke 3:23-38, Jesus was a descendant of King David through both Mary and Joseph. Joseph was a de- scendant of David’s son, Solomon (Matthew 1:1-16) while Mary was a descendant of David’s son, Nathan (Luke 3:23-38).
According to theologian /re- searcher/ author Rev. Walter McCray, “there were Hamitic (Black) family members in
ere we are on January 6, 2022, 365 days from the near collapse of our American democracy based on an obvious lie about the 2020 election being
stolen from Donald Trump. We are also at a place and time where Republican leadership refuses to support or participate in any attempt to find out how, why and who was involved in the planned assault on the United States Capitol.
Still, today few Republican Congressional represen- tatives appear to be hiding the truth of the Act of Sedi- tion. There is no doubt that had the assault been led by Black or Islamic citizens, there would have been a Re- publican outcry to get to the bottom of the deadly attack.
Consequently, any Republican Congressional Senator or Representative who voted to not certify Electoral Col- lege vote should be voted out of office in 2022.
Moreover, any Republican Senator or representative who voted against forming a Commission to study the January 6th incident should be voted out of office as well. You can goggle every Senator or Representative in Congress and how they voted on the Electoral College and January 6 Investigation Commission.
Indeed, the Trump supporter’s minority does not be- lieve the Biden supporting majority voted against having a bully, a liar, a sexist, a racist, a supporter of hate groups, and abuser, unethical, traitor, and potential dic- tator to occupy the White House.
Based upon the information provided the January 6th Commission and books written by former Trump legal and federally employed staff, the illegal and unethical behavior of President Trump is very revealing and shows just how close we came to the overthrow of the Ameri- can democracy.
Every Trump enabling Republican Congress person should be impeached or voted out of office. Thank God there were a few Republican Senators and Representa- tives who realized what was happening – an attempt to void the Electoral College votes and the votes of more than 81 million voters for Biden, 7 million more than the 74 million votes for Trump. Biden won more votes in Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wiscon- sin, by 12,000 to 151,000 votes.
The importance of noting that Trump did not win the popular vote in 2016 by more than 3 million voters can- not be understated. Thus, our vote is more important in 2022 than in 2020. We must elect people who are loyal to America instead of a candidate.
Voting in 2022 will be a vote for democracy.
