    Man Recovers From Gunshot Wound
Three Sought For Credit Card Fraud
SUSPECT #1
  A 24-year-old man is re- covering after being shot. The shooting took place in East Tampa shortly before 5:30 p.m., Wednesday.
Officers responded to the 3200 block of E. Caracas in reference to 9-1-1 calls. Offi- cers made contact with De- vontae J. Robinson and learned that he was the victim of a shooting. Robinson re- ceived first aid for his non-life threatening injuries. He was transported to a local hospital.

      Father And Son Jailed For Sex Crimes Against Children

The Pinellas County Sher- iff’s Office arrested two men and charged them with several sex related crimes. The victims are all known to the men.
According to police, there are a total of 4 female victims, who ranged between the ages of 5 and 19 when the crimes took place. The crimes took place between the early 1970s and January 2018.
The investigation began January 30, 2018, after a fe- male victim contacted the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Of- fice and reported that she had been sexually battered on sep- arate occasions by Joshua Pasco, 43, and his 63-year- old father, James Pasco, Jr.
During the course of the investigation, detectives iden- tified the other victims. Using investigative techniques, de- tectives alleged that Joshua Pasco had inappropriate sex- ual activity with two female ju- venile victims. Detectives said Joshua Pasco sexually abused the first victim in the late 1990s when the victim was between the ages of 9 and 13. The second juvenile victim was sexually abused in 2016 while Joshua Pasco had fa- milial authority over the vic-

Detectives allege that
James Pasco inappropri- ately had sexual activity with a total of four victims dating back as far as the 1970s. Three of the victims were juveniles between the ages of 5 and 13 when the abuse took place. The fourth victim was an adult and James Pasco is alleged to have sexually battered her in 2017 and 2018.
Detectives further said most of the victims were in Joshua and James Pasco’s familial or custodial authority at the time of the abuse.
Both men were arrested at the Sheriff’s Administration Office on Wednesday.
Joshua Pasco was charged with 2 counts of sex- ual battery, familial authority; 1 count of lewd and lascivious battery; and 1 count of felony driving while license sus- pended or revoked.
James Pasco was charged with 3 counts of sex- ual battery on a child less than 12 years old; 2 counts of sexual battery, familial authority; 2 counts of sexual battery; and 1 count of lewd and lascivious battery. The investigation is continuing, police said.
Police are trying to identify three people who used a stolen credit card. The card was stolen from a vehicle on February 19th.
According to the Hillsbo- rough County Sheriff’s Office, someone broke into a car in the parking lot of The Social @ South Florida Apartment Com- plex, 2904 Network Place. The suspect smashed one of the windows and removed a back- pack from the vehicle.
The backpack contained the victim’s Chase credit card and Suncoast Schools credit card.
Shortly after 7 p.m., the same day, three individuals re- portedly used the victim’s Sun- coast credit card at Citi Trends, 2340 E. Fletcher Avenue.
The first suspect is a Black, heavy set woman in her late 30s or early 40s. She was last seen wearing a black shower cap and a pink and white dress.
The second woman is also Black and heavy set in her late 30s or early 40s. She was last seen wearing a light colored shower cap, a white t-shirt, and gray pants.
The only description of the third suspect is that he is Black with a slim build and between the ages of 16 and 19.
