PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
PROJECT REQUIRING ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The SCHOOL BOARD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, announces that professional design, engineering and construction management services will be required for the following projects:
Any applicant who possesses the appropriate, significant qualifications and is interested in providing the required services shall make application by submission of the materials prescribed in the Project Information Packet.
The Project Information Packet, additional project information, and the weight associated with each qualification and evaluation criteria will be available on or before Friday, October 4, 2019 and can be obtained by contacting the School District’s Construction Office at (813) 272-4112 or via the Internet through either the District’s Vendor Link at:

or the District’s Construction News website located at: http://www.sdhc.k12.fl.us/doc/1860/planning-and-construction/resources/news-1.
All questions concerning this solicitation will only be accepted through the VendorLink System to ensure all interested parties receive the same information.
Interested parties are strongly discouraged from contacting the school where the project is located. Any questions or clarifications will be addressed at the Q&A Session scheduled for TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in the Operations Conference Room No. 242 located at the Velasco Student Services Center, 2nd Floor, 1202 E. Palm Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605.
All materials must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2019 and delivered to Meg Quay, Hillsborough County Public Schools, Operations Division, Velasco Student Services Center, 1202 E. Palm Avenue, 2nd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33605.
